Thanks for all the info and help. I have the gun at CZ Custom checking it with my ammo. If it’s the ammo I will definitely recheck settings and ammo with Dillon.

I have not made any modifications to the firing pin or Springs. Should I have CZ custom check them or modify them?? also it is reloads which I have checked primer seating and OAL and have not had problems until recently. I use Winchester small pistol primers and titegroup powder at 4.0 grains per cartridge. I have not been able to recover the ones not firing but will try this when it happens again.

I checked like you said. I can see the firing pin working well. I have had difficulty with the gun going into slide lock as well. Do you think there could be something that is prohibiting a full cycling of the slide causing this?

I have a relatively new CZ accushadow that I purchased in July this year. Lately in the past month I have been experiencing failure to fire. The gun just clicks even though another round seems to chamber as when I rack the slide a round comes out. I have checked my ammo and don't see any problems there. Any suggestions as to what might be the problem? Should I take it to the CZ custom shop for a look? I am not very mechanical when it comes to guns other than regular cleaning.

I have a CZ accushadow that I bought in July. I was experiencing failures with the slide lock not locking back during matches which seems better with newer Springs. Now I am having issues with the gun having failure to feeds. When I'm in the middle of a full mag I get a click. After racking the slide and ejecting the round I don't experience the problem again...at least not right away. I have not changed primers I use Winchester small pistol primers which I've never had a problem. Same HPprojectiles. Any ideas why this is happening?

I use 124 grain projectiles made with titegroup powder 4.0 grains. I did not have this problem when I first got the gun. It has only been happening in the last month.

It does lock back by hand with no difficulty. The magazines are 3 months old.

My cz accu shadow will not go to slidelock with my factory mags. This is happening during IDPA matches. Any suggestions?

During recent matches my CZ accushadow will not lock open at the finish of a magazine. It is happening with my factory mags. The gun is new. I have only had it since June and meticulously clean it after every match. Any suggestions?
