HP Bullets for competitive shooting

Does anyone have any experience loading jacketed hollow point bullets like this:

for competitive (USPSA_IDPA) shooting.

A lot of guys in my area are starting to use them; they claim to be more reliable, more accurate and more consistent from lot to lot.

Is anyone using these in their 2011s?

I don't use those but use Hornady 180grn HAP bullets with have a hollow point and they are very accurate in my Glock and 2011.

I use Montana Gold 180gr JHP's exclusively in my 2011. They are extremely accurate.

Those are not "J"HP. The J stands for jacketed those are plated. They are awesome though.

They look like the same bullets I have gotten from RMR in the past. If they are, they are very accurate.

Those are my current go-to bullet. Very accurate with Vv340.

How do they compare to montana golds 180g JHP's?

I currently am trying Berry's RS 180g (seconds) and I am not impressed with accuracy out of a glock 35 and an STi.

I use MG's JHP 124g in a glock 34 and that one drives tacs!

Montana Gold or HAP are both extremely accurate.

I have not had good results with plated BUT I've not spent a ton of time trying to make them work.

Seems to me that when Lead and now Hi-Tek coated lead and jacketed are so easy to get to shoot well why should I go through the effort to fight with plated.

Cost savings I understand but most of the time coated lead is more cost effective than plated

As has been mentioned before they seem to be very crimp sensitive.

the plating is very think with the xtreme bullets.
