Scott in OK
Our club has been having problems with the pasters falling off of our targets. What brand do you guys have good luck with? There is an add in the front for Wyse pasters, anyone have any experience with them? We are just really tired of them falling off. Thanks Scott
Mark R
I get our pasters from Shooters Connection. Never have a problem unless targets are in muzzle distance.
Jonathan Taliani
You may also want to try using spray adhesive on the target. Some of the clubs we go to use this on targets that have hard cover painted on. The over spray from the paint causes them not to stick without it. Dan Hefta
The pasters you are using are most likely old or have been frozen. Only buy enough pasters to get through one season of shooting.
Bob DuBois
Had better luck with target tape.
JakeMartens
Another vote for Shooters Connection Pasters but yes storing them in the ehat (outside in a shed) or cold weather doesn't help
ihatepickles
If the targets themselves aren't in great shape due to outdoor storage or overspray from hard cover, the adhesive spray trick works very well. If you're have pasters fall off from muzzle blast, nothing really solves that except stage design. We use Shooters Connection pasters at the club and they work great. I have some in my personal stash that are 5 years old and are fine. Climate control is key to storing pasters (and targets too).
al503
Alco. They stick better than any other That I've tried and don't get slimy when it rains. I bought a bulk pack about 5 years ago. They're stored in the garage in a box and they're as good as new.

Scott in OK
Thanks guys, the pasters have been stored in a barn, could be the problem. We will make changes and see what happens. S
Sarge
Just another plug for Shooters Connection. Very good pasters.
kevin c
It helps if people patch holes right - pressing down around the edges of the tape/paster rather than just jabbing the paster right at the hole.
Chills1994
slight thread drift ahead... I wish someone would make a large upright "rubbermaid" style tub to stick targets in. I just tried the plastic vertical container for Christmas gift wrap....sigh... it's not wide enough. When we are driving from bay to bay posting up targets in a dry spell, the dust swirls around and gets inside the box. I reckon that dust isn't helping pasters to stick either. IronEqualizer
We have a trash can like in the photo on each of our bays for storing old targets. Completely weather proof. Should take care of your wet target issue. If I remember they are about $30 each at walmart. Do not go with a thin cheap can as they do not last long. I have had the current ones about 3 years now with no signs of weathering. The rectangular shape are perfect for targets also. They will probably hold 100 or more. IronEqualizer
+1 for Shooter's Connection pasters. We have been using them and storing them in a non climate controlled storage building for 4 yrs now and have never had an issue. I order a case at a time so however long it takes us to go through 80,000 pasters is how long they sit in there. Up to 4 or 5 months at a time.
