bgary Posted July 17, 2011 Share Posted July 17, 2011 I jammed my bulletfeeder the other day, and the fuse popper. turns out it is a fuse that the local auto-parts store doesn't carry... rather than 3 amps, it is 3 milli-Amps. If you are in front of the machine when the feeder is turned on you will know when there is a problem Long before any damage is done. By the way... sperman Posted July 17, 2011 Share Posted July 17, 2011 MR has them in stock, and the price with shipping is very reasonable. Mine currently has a fuse that is WAY bigger than what is recommended. The only time my bullet feeder has power is when I'm standing at the machine reloading, so I'm not too worried about the machine jamming and causing a problem. RePete Posted July 18, 2011 Share Posted July 18, 2011 We know what a PITA swapping fuses are on the KISS BulletFeeder is, so I modded mine. I had one of these http://www.radioshack.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2062230 Drilled a 1/2" hole to the right of the switch, cut the original fuse holder out, the soldered the wires to the new holder and installed.
