This morning it was 8 degrees and we had sustained winds of 30 mph with gusts over 40 mph. According to my weather service chart... thats equal to -25 degrees. Man April can't come soon enough. I think they just make up those numbers I just hate the wind.. ice sandblasting your face.. some tempature with x winds = 'wind chill', always seems worse than they say. I had on a nylonjacket and cotton clothes and wool socks my car quit....
