had a job where I stood for up to 12 hours a day, and wearing compression socks or sleeves 100% definitely work! There is a reason that runners/cyclists/hikers, etc use them. I have worn them for several years now while shooting....... -

Put them on the screw, or in grip screw hole. I use this method on all my grips, works great!

Without reading all 10 pages, I'm lazy and don't really plan on switching from my shadow 1, can someone put up a bullet point type list of the benefits or improvements over the currency shadow? Thanks!
