Maybe they are going ahead and doing it now. If you go past Stonelick-Williams Corner Rd. You will see Benton Rd on the right a little ways down. Benton will take you back onto Stonelick-Williams Corner Rd past the bridge. Just turn right when Benton dead ends. The range will be on your right.
