fuzzysights
What a pain in the A.. to have to make my house look like no one lives in it every day! Pay top dollar to have some one "stage" it so it does not look your your own house anymore.

BritinUSA
Me too, spending all my money fixing the place up. I have about 14 large plastic boxes in the garage full of stuff. I have to load some ammo up this weekend then take down the press and store it. Painters coming next week, Realtor coming Thursday. I need a new dishwasher, refrigerator and range hood. Then the carpet needs to be cleaned, furnace serviced etc. UGH ! I think by the end of next week I will have spent about $10K
Neomet
Been there, done that. I hate that the best several of my homes ever looked was as I was boxing stuff up to leave. Seems somehow so very, very wrong.....
gm iprod
If you spend all that money to make it look nice you mighta s well not move. You are moving because you need or want to. Knock 10K of the price and run for it.
RangerTrace
We're going through the same thing here. We were extremely fortunate to get a contract on the house we're selling in only two weeks. Now, we're just trying to time our closing dates so we can have our things moved directly from this home to the new one in North Richland Hills. BTW, Steve Speer, thank you for your hard work! Rolex
I can really feel for ya! I have been down that same path not once, but FIVE times in my life. I hope this house is the last I have to sell- at least in this life time! Hang in there, and best of
