Just inherited 9 lbs of SOLO 1250 shotgun powder. (8 sealed & 1 open) Cannot find any current load data. Older Burn Charts put it next to International Clays. Any suggestions? Some sights suggest use the Intl Clays data & back off 2 grains to start. Just want to build 1 1/8 target loads 1100 ~ 1145 fps

But don't forget HQ does use Major MATCH Results also when calculating Classifications. If your match scores are a "B" percentage and you are classified as "C", you can be bumped into "B" via the USPSA-President.

Anyone have a source for ghost holsters springs? Wore out / broke the top 'toggle' spring & it came out in pieces when i unscrewed the cover scres Also want to change the bottom steel ball spring while i have it apart too. Thanks.

A-Merc brass ~ Run from it. Took me over 2 hours to load 400 pcs on a 650. Kept getting stuck on the powder drop. Thought I was changing lug nuts on a tire when trying to lift the handle back up. I was warned to stay away from A-Merc but did not listen. S&B Revolver brass - Rim too thick to fit Dillon shell plate. This I just dump in the range scrap bucket GLF - many refer to it as: Good F****** Luck that it does not rupture. I have had them rupture.

What's the twist on the barrel : 1 / 9 or 1 / 7 ?

Are ALL NY matches still stuck with the 10-round maximum per mag rule/law? Don't wish to drive 5 hours each way (& hotel exp.) to shoot 10-round mags. Predominantly OPEN & LIMITED shooter. Here in CT I can only Carry 10+1, but at the Ranges FILL IT. Thanks.

Did you receive any pamphlets / instructions with the machine? Possibly checking the print date on the manual, it might give you closer idea of old your machine is.

I sort Brass by make: Winchester, Federal , PMC etc. I reload for: 40 OPEN (1290fps PMC) , 40 Limited (950fps Winchester) & 40 IDPA (135pf - Federal & FC). My IDPA gun mags can only feed factory length. This way I know just by looking at the headstamp which load it is. (yes I do mark the boxes too), but loose rounds in the bottom of the Range Bag are easily identified.

Due to a major brass log jam, the Brass cut-off lever arm got all fouled up. (See Picture. Can someone please post s close-up of a correct arm & I will fix mine. Thank You. Dennis

1998 AREA 7 HOPKINTON - MATCH Cancelled 2/3rd's the way thru (No Sunday shooters). Boston set a 24 hour rain record that weekend. Shooting on Saturday - Some pit's: entire pit ankle deep in water. Now that's rain!!

With the Pistol-Caliber-Carbine possibly try to encourage Muzzle Velocity limits. Rounds Cannot exceed xxx fps. I have an Olympic 40 caliber upper and will clock some of my IPSC loads (950fps Area 7 match Ammo) & some .40 IDPA Loads thru both the upper & my Limited Gun to compare velocities. Can post results early next week.

If you own a chrony, then you are Required to shoot it, at least once in your life time. I shot mine with a 10mm.
