Just picked one up. Not at all like the POS Kel-tec and only bits of the trigger group and takedown system seem like a 10/22. Really well made, stock is solid, good sights, etc. Not sure what I will use it for but I have a bunch of Glock mags and pissed away 550 in much dumber ways so...probably a good way to try PCC or some steel matches that don’t require a reload.

Considering all the tinkering you have to do to get it "right" wouldn't you be better off with an STI? From what I remember Paras weren't that great to begin with. Glad to see Remington taking a chance on a gun focused on our market/sport but...

Crazy how the prices jumped to 1,300 this year. Still an Ok deal but pushing it. Just scored a lightly used 9mm Trojan on GB for a great price. Can't wait to run it in a match.

Nice gun but it is a 40. Looking for a 9mm. 3 gun and lim minor.

Looking to give the 9mm 2011 platform a try (yes..late to the party) and I have narrowed my choices to a CK Arms from shooters connection, a stock STI or a tweaked STI from Brazos. The CK is around 2,800 (with no mags), STI around 2200 and Brazo somewhere in the middle. I have learned not to get hung up on a few hundred bucks so that’s not an issue but I do look for value. Is it safe to say CK has the best collection of parts and most likely closer attention to detail? Thoughts greatly appreciated!

I am looking to purchase a nightstand/bedside safe for my “Bump in the Night” G17. Will only be used at night, pistol on me during the day or in Main Safe. Lots of choices out there but as always this forum seems like the best place for real recommendations. Not crazy about all the electronics or lots of features ( blue tooth, etc) just something that will always open and has some sort of spring lid or drop open door for one handed operation. Thoughts?
