  1. All mine have ran perfect as they came. Call MBX and see what they have to say.
  2. I got my hands on a Gen2 Paratus chambered in .308 and wondering if anyone has any experience with one of these rifles beyond 300yds??
  3. I prefer CCI over any other primer. All my 2011's work 100% with them.
  4. I have the DVC steel, and run it reliably with a Blue 147 under 4.0 grn of power pistol. Super light.
  5. Welcome to the dark side!! To keep your comp looking new, I use a 50/50 mix of apple cider vinegar and peroxide. Let ur comp soak for about an hr, and clean out with a Qtip. After ifs clean, rinse well with water and then dry. After that, spray a little dillon case lube in there, and that will help for the next time. Just makensure to wear gloves and have good ventilation with the mixture as it can be a little toxic with lead. I do this every time for mine, and they look brand new.
  6. I have ran the BlueBullets 147rn for major power. No issues. I still will use them when JHPs are not available. No leading issues.
  7. I gave up on all my STI mags and bought MBX.
  8. I have used a piece of fine grit sandpaper during a match when the sight came loose. Held perfect, still does.
  9. No matter what, you will have bad days at the range. Just keep working on finding the dot, and it will become natural.
  10. Do you have adjustable gas bolcks on either gun? Maybe undergassed and short stroking???
  11. So I got the Dawson heavy springs, seems like the problem is solved for me.
  12. I think I am going that route also. Small rifle only for all pistol.
  13. I will try that on a spare release to see what happens.
  14. Thats my issue, I hit it while shooting, and have the mag fall out. I have small hands, so I need an extended release button. I was told to go heavy, but am curious what other guys use.
  15. What weight springs do you guys use for your mag releases on your open guns? Heavy, medium, or light?
  16. Another comp spotless with my method.
  17. Just got my 2nd one today. You are gonna love your gun.
  18. I have both GMR 13, and MPX SBR. It depends on your preference. MPX mags and reloading can be tricky, as GMR has standard glock mags. GMR has tons of options for aftermarket, as does the MPX, but as far as customization/tuneability, GMR wins all day. Both guns shoot amazing. MPX is more of a maintenance pig, as the GMR will run dirty. I have had to change a few extractor springs on MPX already, as I have done nothing besides shoot and clean the GMR. Just a few thoughts....
  19. I am definately going to move the shoulder rest and compare. Thats why I asked, because Im sure someone knew something I did not.
  20. I will lift up the shoulder rest and try just to see.
  21. Cobalt offers that adjustable stock on their stage iii team rifle. So that would mean the stage iii gun would jump more than the stage ii because of the shoulder pad placement?
  22. I use it in a well ventilated area. Rinse everything with fresh water after. Wear gloves.
  23. 50/50 mix of apple cider vinegar and peroxide. Let it soak about an hr. Then I just use Qtips to clean it out. All of my comps are brand new looking.
