There’s a guy in MD that’s figured out how to cut weight in the slide and get it under for SSP. But I don’t remember the name of his shop.

Does anyone know who makes the vest, that looks like 4 panels separated by black material. It looks extremely stiff and very fast. I know it’s not an Armadillo, 5.11, Propper or any of those. It looks specific for IDPA and I’ve mostly seen top shooters wear them, like Shane Coley at worlds had one. I’m pretty sure this is a picture of it, but I cannot find the maker.

Someone told me at dinner that 85% of the targets had t-shirts on them. I don’t know if that’s correct, but there was a lot. We had one CSO brief us that if the next squad comes before we are finished, the remaining shooters would be DNF’d. I don’t think it would have happened, so why the unnecessary threat. A few SOs had a better then thou attitude, but the majority of them were great and fun to be around.

I call WMA brass wildlife management area brass and toss them in the trash.

I tried to put another mag release in mine. Doesn’t fit. The stock one is contoured to fit the grip frame.

I am looking for any info and/ or ideas for using electronics for stage props. Right now I am using electromagnets, linear actuators, laser triggers, pressure pad. Going to try some pneumatic stuff. Looking for anything else that folks use. Like how to pull a pin from a drop turner, any ideas Thanks

I went from a comp tac holster to a red hill tactical. I took the belt hanger off my comp tac and put on the red hill, it’s blade tech pattern. You can’t have the thumb screws, but you can order it with regular screws. Meets all IDPA requirements. The red hill is a solid holster, there is no flex what so ever, it’s double layered kydex.

Great mod, I’ve done this to all mine.

So I tried a wooden box and it didn’t fit, but just barely. Like shave the base pad barely.

I like 10-8 baseplates.

I did all that math also. But someone had the actual IDPA box and it fit in it with little blocks, unless the block was in it wrong. But it looked correct.

Is the Glock 19x legal for CCP? It does fit in the box, but it’s tight.

I have a G34 with a .156 rear and a .115 front, but to me there seems to be too much light gap.

Since you can buy a Larry Vickers Glock now with his mods. Can you legally use his mag release in SSP now.

I love mine. You have to make sure they are completely sealed in the ear or you’ll get a high pitch.
