  1. Pattern your gun with several alternatives and see what looks best.
  2. Has any manufacturer specified exactly what they mean by "Break In"?
  3. I wonder if they are selling any. There are so many better alternatives out there.
  4. I received one as a gift. It's an interesting idea and the advertisements and online instructions look good but I really didn't care for using it and it's just sitting around now. Probably I will put it on eBay. Drawing a gun from this holster is awkward. Depending on a person's attire and physical build, it may be nicely concealable but if you have a CCW I don't think it's worth a look.
  5. If all the guns were the same gauge and barrel length, and were all cylinder bore, the variance in patterns would have to be a function of the ammo.
  6. Overwhelming response in favor of the Pro Chrono!
  7. Sarge, what do you think of the LabRadar? It seems like a much easier setup (but more $).
  8. I would appreciate anyone's comments on the "Best, Easiest, Most Reliable" Chrono that's available - not really looking too hard at price.
  9. The fit and the sole design matter more than than the manufacturer name.
  10. Thanks for the offer, it's very nice of you. I am somewhat familiar with SoCal ranges but interested in shooting steel in LV. (In fact, I think Palm Springs is shooting this weekend!)
  11. So that would require the purchase of 8 drums to get past the 50,000 requirement. At the $125.5/1000 price a drum would be $822.25 so 8 drums would be $6578 plus shipping.
  12. Do you happen to know what the next price break is for a greater volume order i.e. maybe 6 drums?
  13. $26.00 for three drums = pretty cheap!
  14. I have a Clark/ SW41. Don't shoot it much but I really can't recall ever having a malfunction.
  15. Do you know if shipping is included in the $135.50 price?
  16. While I can understand why flip catching could potentially be dangerous I have never seen or read about an AD resulting from a flip catch either. If there are no AD's resulting from flip catching then the criticism of flip catching seems to be attempting correction of a problem that doesn't exist.
  17. Has anyone actually seen an AD as a byproduct of flipping? If so, what did you see and was there an injury?
  18. https://www.starlinebrass.com/brass-cases/38-Super-Comp-Brass/ The drums are not listed on their web site, you have to call them.
  19. I tried a few and didn't have any issues so I was wondering if (in the case of no issues) it was still a good idea to use lube.
