  1. I got these springs also, have worked well so far.
  2. Might want to check for some flash on the followers, I like the DAA followers I instastalled, I also get 22 reliably with mecgar mags.
  3. I think it's great to have a PCC match that is actually a PCC match, not a pistol match that you get to use a rifle at. You gotta remember that accuracy was rewarded well, with the one for one challenges that had really great high value prizes. I RO'd stage 10(Max won the challenge), to see a competitor run with only 38 rounds in the mag and only be a couple seconds off the stage winner was awesome, and to see him get well rewarded for trying is great also. I sucked at hitting poker chips as this was my first time with PCC(a keltec I just picked up with cheap Amazon optic on top), and due to a broken finger on my strong hand, but it was fun trying!!
  4. https://goo.gl/images/EZ7wWP Might need to file the pad a little to get more bite on the case, you can bend it all you want but reducing the pad will get better engagement. Pad= arrow that says depth of engagement in pic.
  5. I did, but at the same time I reduced it a bit to help for my hand, also pinned it.
  6. Cool, good info to know, I guess the federal is a bit marketing hype compared to AE. Still pretty decent PF though.
  7. Thanks, I'll give it a try!
  8. As far as Factory goes, I believe the Federal Syntech is the only thing that would be close to 130 PF, although I don't know any chrono data on them.
  9. So I have read Modern reloading 2nd edition, is there another good source that might be better? Honestly seemed to be more about how Lee products are better than others, which made it hard to think the rest of the info is that good.
  10. Thanks all, and thanks for the pic Sarge, that is more helpful. Yes these were on factory rounds that I only chrono'd a few and were about 1150.
  11. I've only had a few on some loads I've done so far, but found a bunch of these on some Fiochi 115gr rounds I've been using up. Just wondering how bad this is, a and should it be happening with factory stuff, or is there something else I should be looking at (issue with my gun?).
  12. Could it not be TIG welded? I think that's what I would try first, but I know some people that can do it for me, and do it well.
  13. Might want to double check adjustment on case feeder and make sure it's getting the shell all the way in. I had an issue with my Loadmaster, when the case would feed it would tip a little and not get completely in the shell plate and cause a stoppage till I pushed the shell in. I actually had to grind a little off the top front side of the feeder to keep it from tipping the case, works perfect now.
  14. Oh I gotcha, mine must have been made on a Tuesday!!
  15. Looks like a gorrila was pulling on the trigger with the safety on!! Might want to make sure the sear and disconnector are ok.
  16. That's not welded, just ground down trying to make it more comfortable to get on the trigger. Been thinking of doing a rusty cerakote, kinda like a rat rod would be. Could probably use some more grip tape, this used to lay under the grips then one day I decided to try it without grips and have been that way since.
  17. Ok, but she's ugly right now, waiting till I have everything the way I want before getting some cerakote.
  18. They don't need to be covered, been shooting mine all year without grips and the trigger bow don't seem to know the difference. I use Talon rubberized grip tape, might try some skateboard style soon.
  19. That's odd, mine fit in but the rear stuck out the slide about 1/8th inch and had to be filed flush. I've had to file on the stop plate to get a good fit, are you sure the extractor is not going in all the way, they should be pretty snug.

  21. I don't think those vz's will fit, the RIA grip is completely different. I took my grips off and use Talon rubberized grip tape(cut from a sheet), without the grip panels it fits my hands better. I'm sure you could do that with the sandpaper tape, or try to stipple the grips.
  22. Bullet diameter? Did you slug all barrells?
  23. Yes, they work very well even with the stock magwell, absolutely worth the cost.
  24. Getchya some Taylor's for that thing, same process just better quality!
