  1. olp73, Well, I'm in Oslo myself. And you shooting range would be? Send me a PM if there is anything. even
  2. Flex, no magazine restrictions in Norway. Besides UK, the only restriction I know of is that 9mm max in Denmark. olp73, With a small frame Tanfoglio, the best you can do is 14 rnds. I get 18 in my SVI. I would say that you should have 17 rnds. minimum. There are a lot of 16 rnd stages where you really don't want to do a reload. Where in Norway are you located? even
  3. Thanks guys! I shot a consistent match. It was 228 rnds min. I fired less than 10 extra shots, had 30 charlies and one penalty target. 2nd place came in with 96.52% and 3rd with 94.70%. This may sound strange, but I did not shoot a very good match… I have not shot any practice shots since 2001, and it shows. Accuracy is not a problem, speed is. I’m way to slow.
  4. Like Eric said, use Loctite. How often do you really need to take the trigger out? even
  5. Yeah, it's a good thing that I'm shooting in standard with my ported slide Vince, will you be at the Europeans? even
  6. Thanks Vince, This question is regarding Sphinx magazines. They hold 16 rnds, but Tanfoglio mags will hold 17 rnds. The thing is of course that I also would like to have 17 rnds. It's only one rnd, but it makes a difference. To be on the safe side, here is couple more: I assume that I can not mix parts from my OEM magazine and my aftermarket magazine, right? Is it OK to use CZ and Tanfoglio mags in the Sphinx? It's not really aftermarket, but they look the same. even
  7. It's IPSC Production Division, not USPSA. even
  8. Vince, What, if any, modifications are allowed to do to magazines? I have here a hypothetical scenario: The case being that have some reliability issues with my magazines, and to deal with this issue I have to alter some OEM internal parts. After this modification they work flawlessly, but the now they will hold one more round… How would this be dealt with? even
  9. Mats, get the EGW undersize Lee die. This will make most of the pick-up brass usable. I have also had problems with S&B brass, some with the primer pockets. But also when using the EGW die, some cases have gotten a "magnum belt". You will notice when you pull the handle. I still use thoose without the belt. Stay away from Partizan cases in .40!!!!!! You will get case head seperation with them, I will post a picture to better illustrate as soon as can. Old Federal "FC" marked brass also something to stay away from. I have no personal expirience, but have I from Jørgen B. You will also discover that nickle brass will crack sooner than non plated. even

Thanks Julien, see you in Tabor. Adrie, I will also go to Rooster. I'll be shooting both matches. See you there.
  14. Here is some clips of me from the Czech Nationals a few weeks ago. Might be interesting for those who will be attending the European Championship next month. http://www.fosseland.com/video/cn2004.html
  15. This is the same I use in my SV .40, 55k rounds without problems.
  16. Erik, it looks like Area 2 in 2000.
  17. The numbers look wrong. I know that from Norway there will 49 or 50 shooters.
  18. Try here for a WSXIII DVD http://home.online.no/~kenglesn/linkpages/...triggershop.htm

    My Sti

Bo, I figured it might be a .38 Super, soo I wrote just 9mm and not 9x19. Then I would be sort of right Ralf told me that you guys might be able to get .40 soon. Hope that works out! even

Bo, change the grip and it would be a nice looking gun. Just too bad it's a 9mm right? Is it an Aabo Custom built pistol? even
