No. I don’t use that spring anymore tho. I use the AR15 green scs buffer spring with 70 degree locker

How is plated projos leaving lead? There’s no exposed lead with plated. I’ve even seen my projos after being shot and the plating is 100% intact. I’d get the same amount of build up with the RMR FMJs I used

I've been using Sport Pistol for years in my MPX' which seemed to make all of mine run 100%. I have continued to use SP for my JP5 which I also like. I'd prob use it for pistols too but I also have a bunch of N320. I def recommend SP!

An engraving pen with a sharpened brass punch chips carbon out quite fast. Brass is much softer than titanium so it doesnt scratch/engrave the comp at all. It's my preferred method

I have 8 DPPs that I’ve accrued over the years and haven’t had major issues with them. A few have made it back to the factory for the typical repairs. They’ve always treated me well so why replace it?

If I were in the market for a new dot, I’d think the 507COMP would by my first choice. I’d also prefer the smallest dot possible.

I don’t think it would matter which dot he uses. Buy something that is reliable and focus on the shooting, not the gear. Point being, I use DPPs with 2moa dot. Justine uses SROs Max had the new 507COMP I don’t think it would have made me beat either of them at nationals had I used the same dot…

I use a dremel engraver with a brass sharpened shotgun jag. Takes like 30 mins and I do it very few thousand rounds. Essentially jack hammering the carbon until it chips off. wear safety glasses

That doesn’t count. I used a MPX Back to the JP5 subject, I tried the Max locker/spring setup with similar PF ammo. Brass basically dribbled out of the gun. I just tested lockers and scs springs until I found a combo that was reminiscent of my MPX

My only guess is they have lighter a SCS spring in it to cycle?
