Haras, Okay now you got me wondering? The 3 moonclips that came from Smith have a round hole in the middle. Do I need ones that are 6 sided, like Hexagonal? Yes I will take them when I come to Byram. If I shoot Mobile on Saturday I will probably just shoot the classifier unless DJ has some extra clips. Btw I have shot at Byram 2 or 3 times, Heiter probably won't let me shoot again for free. Thanks for all replies, I bought the 610 this afternoon. I figured as I already reload for the .40 that I would start with this gun and as they still make the 625, I can get one later. See the devious way I think? Please don't tell the Missus, cause as long as I got her fooled, I got it made. See Ya'll later I got to get to reloading for my new wheeler!!!!!

I hope that's not too childish for all you older folks! I got the 610 this afternoon and had enough light to rip 18 rounds off. Love it already. Now all I need is some mo clips and holders and holster and well you know the drill. Now I have an excuse like I needed one to spend additional funds on this hobby. If it ain't pouring rain in the a.m. I plan on shooting a match with DJ and the Mobile boys. Thanks for everyone that gave me advice. Haras, What date and time for the March match? If I can get geared-up in time I'll come. I was planning on getting a 610, but found a 625 with safariland holster and moonclip holders on uspsa, now I got to make up my mind. Decisions-decisions.

I'm with ya'll saying all shooters should be required to shoot classifiers every 2 years or lose classification. This would keep shooters of equal abilities shooting in the same class. Let's put this is the form of a vote and send IPSC the results.

PPRO, I haven't used them, but I do use the 155RN Berry's and I really like them. Those 200's in a 10 ought to be pretty effective hunting. What kind of chrono numbers you get out of them. Mac

Planning on buying a S&W 610 that shoots 10mm and .40S&W. I will shoot .40's in competition, but load her up with 10mm for defense and hunting. I wonder what it will do to a whitetail? Oh btw the 610 is a WHEELGUN!!
