Any of you guys running a 5.25 in 3 gun. Haven't seen any in the local matches, just glocks M&P's and STI's. Shot glock for awhile and was just never a fan. I have been running a rock island double stack 2011 for two years now and it's actually been pretty awesome. Just looking for a new toy/ back up 3 gun pistol.

I like meeting in the middle bayou bullets 135s.

Been hearing good things about these new pistols on the Internet. Wondering if anyone here has got some trigger time on one?

I keep hearing the grip angle is "funny" or different on these. How so? Is it funny for glock guys or, funny for 1911 guys?

I have a full length dust cover and really liked the g-code. So I bought it and a heat gun. Worked perfect I love it never have to worry above it coming out.

I have a RIA double stack in 9 that I bought for 3 gun after reading about it on here. Can't be more happy with it shoots straight and I can shoot it faster then I ever did my glock. Doesn't like some hollow points but I reload all round nose so I don't really care.

Wondering if any one has tried a Faxon 18" gunner barrel. I have heard good things about there barrels in general. Looking to put a different barrel on my 3 gun rifle this winter this kind of caught my eye.

What are you guys running for a red dot, Is something with a 2 moa dot ideal? Most matches I shoot are close up only a few 300 yard shoots. Thinking about making the switch to irons.

I just got my XST holster after seven week wait. I have a Rock Island tactical with full under rail, I order the one for an sti works awesome. I love it don't have to worry about the gun at all when your running around. Draw time is the same with practice. The price is also pretty sweet too.

I have a G Code XTS for a 5" sti. I use with a Rock Island with full rail. Retention is good and I love the spring loaded hood I know the gun can't fall out even if it snags a branch or barricade. I don't shoot uspsa that much anymore but it works ok just starting with the hood already down.

I bought some P18 mags from gregcote base pad spring and insert from Dawson and am getting twenty rounds in the mag is that about right, or should I be able to squeeze more in.

I just got a 51679 high cap pistol that is leaving fired rounds in the chamber. Looking for ideas that don't involve sending it back in. Thinking about just buying a new extractor and throwing it in. Or is it going to take more then that.

What spring weight would you run with these in a sti. I have never changed it before but seems like a good idea when going this extreme.

I am looking for a new AR trigger for my 3 gun rifle. I am leaning toward a cmc trigger heard good things. Looking for a little input on trigger weight for fast paced and long distance shooting.

I am debating about making my G34 into a 3 gun rig, or something else. So lets see some 3 gun glocks.

I tried strong hand loading this weekend and found that I am burning my hand on the barrel too. Going to stick with weak hand loading. thanks for the input guys.

I have been shooting 3 gun for a year now, I load 2 of chest rig with my weak hand. I am just wondering if it's better to use strong hand. I am switching to quad loading, and thought if I was going to start practicing something new maybe there is a better way. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Thanks guys bought the gun from the old man today. Can't wait for summer to try this at the weekly match.

My dad picked up a 16 40 and does not shoot it very much. I am thinking about playing around with this for a limited set up. I have found that mags are hard to find and some wont work with basepads. I am curious if sti mags can be made to work with a little tinkering.
