STI mags work. The only thing is if you use the right side mag release they won't.

Which grip configuration did you go with (Competition, traditional or signature)? I liked the competition, it was closers to my other 2011 grips. The signature just didn't work for me, with the deeper relief. On the draw the front sight was not showing up in the right location. I went with the aggressive micropockets. It doesn't slip in this hot humid weather we have been having. After a week your hand will callus up.

See now I am thinking I should have gotten those diamonds. I got the regular, but otherwise similar design. I need to quit looking at guns. I like the checkered diamonds, but I am a little partial to the ball nosed checkered diamonds. The thumbrest is also on the correct side. Very nice.

You can tell a lot about a person on how he treats his animals. The factory is definitely dog friendly. I spent more time playing with the dogs than anything else.

Have you ever lubed/oiled the pistol?

I saw a lot of Glock "Imperfection" at a match yesterday. I think if you can't maintain a gun a loose plastic pistol might be the right choice.

SVI gives you a useful I-series SKB case (Pelican like). With Limcat you get a useless Plano case. It's all about the little things.
