  1. I can’t say anything about a alpha x for a 2011 but just like another already posted I’ve had issues with my alpha x for my Cz TSO since day one. It is very loose allowing the gun to wiggle in every direction and has only gotten worse. It’s very hard to get a repeatable grip because of this. Worse part is I called DAA when I first got it and they asked if it still locked even though it wiggled and after telling them it did they told me ok that is normal sometimes let us know if it gets worse so when I did they said ok we will sale you another one if you like. Customer service is a joke! I would not buy another one especially for a TSO.
  2. Thanks Stuart Now that the F OR is out what are you guys using for 140mm base pads, springs and followers?
  3. I use the blue bullets 180gr in a Cz TSO and I get really good accuracy with them. I’ve tried the 200’s as well and although they were just as accurate I liked the feel of the 180’s better. If you guys want a little better price you can use code (Moser) for a 5% off discount.
  4. So now that the P10F OR is out on the streets has anyone used it for carry optics yet?

Will be really nice when Apex comes out with a complete trigger kit for these P10’s. I’m still surprised no one has done it yet. The HBI and CGW triggers are just the actual trigger shoe and nothing else.

Do you have the Apex extended mag release? If so what do you think about it? Thanks
  7. Other than the US ones being optic ready is there anything else that’s different like trigger, mag release, etc.
  8. In a TSO .40? Mine has almost 30k and still going strong.
  9. I haven’t shot a lot of this powder yet but this load was pretty good. No smoke, no flash, metered very well and cronoed very consistently it’s close to vvn320 and WST but I think it is has a snappier feel to it. I am using a Cz TSO. I will shoot the 1 pound that I have and see how dirty this is can’t really tell from the little amount if shot so far. 4.65g sport pistol 180 blue bullet 1.145 OAL 945 FPS average 170 PF
  10. The lighter the spring the further the brass will fly. The lighter spring has less resistance and is allowing the slide to move rearward faster throwing the brass farther. The lighter spring should also cause the dot to settle in slower and cause less nose dive. Typical if a 13# spring cycles the gun and gets the slide to return to POA then a lighter spring would return the slide slower and usually cause the return to be slightly higher than POA. If you go with a heavier spring it will return the slide faster causing the gun to nose dive.
  11. I would be interested in this as well
  12. I don’t know why but VVN320 just doesn’t meter well in my 650. Actually none of the extruded powders meter well. Don’t know why but I can set it up for 4.5g and randomly get anywhere from 4.4 to 4.7. Really sucks. Flake and small granular powder works fantastic though.
  13. Thanks Stuart I did this the other day at the range and all the mags worked great after bending the springs like this. It does make me wonder why this isn’t already done though.
  14. Is this powder extruded, flake or ball type?
  15. You guys can use (Moser) as a discount code. Good for 5% off.
  16. So just bending the springs like you posted in the earlier pic will get these results?
  17. Have the grams springs and followers been 100% reliable?
  18. I bought new Cz custom springs and followers months ago and just put them in my mags and I’m having the exact same issue with all 4. The slide locks on the follower and you almost have to have 3 hands to get the mag out and almost every time this happens I get the mag out to find the follower has jumped out of the mag tube, still attached to the spring though. This doesn’t happen at all with my older 4 in the same tubes.
  19. I have a Cz TSO and I have been thinking of lightning the slide. As is the slide weighs 14.7oz. Atlas gunworks gets there slides down to 10.5oz and I had a friend weigh his SVI sight tracker slide and it’s 12oz. The tanfo Limited and open guns also have there slides lightened from the factory so this seems like it would be a good idea. Am I missing anything?
  20. I have been thinking about doing this as well. Would really like to know how the slide would feel after lightning it. My TSO slide weighs 14.7oz. And a lot of 2011 slides are 11 or 12oz max. The tanfo limited gun is lightened from the factory so it definitely makes me curious.
  21. I’m very interested in this as well. I have a Cz TSO and been debating on lighting the slide. The tanfo has this done from the factory already.
  22. I know most are adjustable as well but I don’t here about them breaking that often. Seems the Cz just has a week point.
  23. Has anyone tried the newer Cz custom fixed rear sight?
