  1. Kurt Is going to have a field day with this video and Bill I do not advise you doing this, just a entertaining video.
  2. THANK YOU!! My SL stuff should be here on mon 11/24/14. It's gonna be like a early Christmas I ordered a bunch of stuff.
  3. Voodoo carrier came in today looks awesome!!. This is where I'm a little confused and I know you can't give a definitive answer. My question is on the buffer specifically the JP low mass buffer it weighs 3oz. I just weighed my carbine buffer and it weighs 2.93 oz should I just run it with this or should I remove any weights?
  4. I've done quite a few loading ports..... it would help to know what you are working with. More than likely you have a JM 930 or a Versamax. On the 930 you are limited to how much you can remove from the hand guard as there is not much overlap on the receiver however on the Versamax you have a lot more hand guard to work with. Let me know which one you are working with and I can post some pics of some of my work.
  5. Mark and original OP thanks for all the GREAT INFO, Mark I am def a rookie when it comes to this style of shooting but I'm hungry and want to learn as much as I can about it. With your commment on "how many guys are running Nordic barrels with an adjustable gas block...wide open." are you stating that an adjustable gas block is not needed with the Nordic?? My Voodoo carrier is suppose to be delivered this Thursday and I plan on just removing weights from my carbine buffer to achieve 3 oz or so. Then gonna head to the range and attempt to tune it. Doubles at 50 in the A zone is my goal.
  6. Just curious with The Benelli M2 being such a great platform, why have they not moved the serial # away for the loading port yet???
  7. I recently purchased a M&P Pro 5" and I am interested in the Safariai Land Competition Holster 014. On there website it says it's compatible with the M&PL 5" but does not list the M&P Pro as compatible. The odd thing is on midway its says it both are compatible with the pro and the M&PL? Can anybody verify the 014 will work with the PRO 5". Thanks in advance
  8. Damn that's cheap! I just paid more than that for a Glock pistol. Kinda doesn't make sense does it? A Glock? What's up with that? It's not a competition gun. You get the point though. These things are down right inexpensive. Jesse I put the "Cheek Saver" on what a difference!!
  9. Don't bother trying quad loading. LMAO on this one Jesse!!
  10. ok gonna order one, I will follow up with you on it and It will be followed up shortly by the Burris XTR II 1-5
  11. That's why I got a .223 wylde chamber.Lol
  12. Mark thanks for your input because of you I purchased the Nordic 223 Wylde Barrel and by the way it is running flawlessly and getting good grouping paired with my 24C, I also plan on getting the Burris 1-5 also because of you and now this low mass carrier. Thanks man!! I am debating on getting one for my recent build, For you what benefits are you noticing? Anybody feel free to comment I wanted a low mass carrier and I ended up purchasing it due to being the cheapest one I found, on sale for less than $150. My 18" rifle-length gas barrel and the stock full-mass system would eject mild loads at 12:30 and I'd have a fair amount of movement during recoil. Now that I have changed to the adj gas, low mass bcg, and empty buffer I have loaded lighter loads that are ejecting at 3 o'clock and I am getting much less movement during recoil. The compensator I currently have on it is the Miculek, not sure which compensator I'll end up getting for it. Ok thanks, currently I am running a Spikes BCG with a non adjustable gas block with your standard carbine buffer. Gun is running fine and ejecting fine, now is where the "race" factor comes in and "gaming" comes into play with this Voodoo BCG and wondering if I would benefit from it. Currently at the local 3 gun matches I shoot at and I'm pretty competitive and typically place in the top 10 out of 50 or so shooters and they are all competitive as well and I am thinking about the "race" factor to give me a edge??

  16. Thanks, I used Burnt Bronze with Graphite black . The mixture rate is 4:1. Overall very happy with it, the rifle looks SICK man . The color came out a little darker than I expected but overall very pleased and no regrets at all.
  17. SATA 1.3 I know too small but straight up sprayed fine, The C series was really dumb proof, if it holds up I will stick with it for future endeavors.
