How many times can you use corncob media for tumbling?

Are there others that have a hard time getting the powder check working 100% of the time?

That's why I got extra tool heads, dies and hoppers for each caliber. I put a note and date it and leave it alone. That's the total progressive.

I wouldn't give up the powder check. That's one of the reasons I got the 650

I ordered from Dillon as I did not know at the time about Brian. I ordered a huge order, a 650 with all the bells and whistles and 5 calibers all with quick change. Mine came in about 4-5 different days

I like to have a complete Change over per caliber and it's quicker and easier this way. I have more money than time

I want to add a bullet feeder and have had my 650 for almost a year. I guess I'm not loading as much as others do here. I want to wait till I'm very good at loading say at a medium first before I order one. Maybe things would be ok but I still have an occasional stall.

Now putting clear plastic in clear plastic seems alittle weird to me. Sorry

I bought 6 powder checks, one for each caliber. I guess I'm just a safety nut and know it's watching in case I miss one

Can you use 5.56 brass to reload .223 out of them. I've been reloading pistol for a year on my 650 but just got my .223 dies. Thanks

I watched and asked questions here before buying a 650. I had no previous reloading experience. People on this forum are the most helping and caring people of any forum I have run into. With help I got off to a great start with my 650.

BTW Dillon suggests you lube even pistol rounds even if your using carbide dies

The 650 was my first press. Had it for a year and still learning as I go along. The poster was right on about getting good at pistol rounds before you do rifle. Rifle is more difficult!

I have problems getting that clip off the priming system that goes over the round disc with holes in it to hold the primers. I got tired of it and just ordered another one
