thinking of building an open g 17 for uspsa major , but would also shoot gssf ulimited with it . any thoughts on barrel ,comp combo. that would work well for both.

4.2 gr. n320 @ 1.140 is sweet at 168 pf out of my g35

I load at 1.125- 1.135 with most bullets for all my 9 mm glocks with no feeding or ejecting problems. -
3.4 grs. of aa#2 at 1.130 with an x-treme 147 rn gives me a127 pf with my g-34

I agree Dawson makes the best adjustable sight for flock.

I opened my Dawson with a file , for the 125 front sight. Easy to do and much nicer.
