  1. We have them in stock, 407.960.2606. $85 with free shipping Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. I haven't seen one in .40 available to order yet :/ Hopefully Sig adding that SKU to their site means it is closer to shipping to distributors. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. That's an awesome story, sounds like you have a great father! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. I would like to join: A71463 Limited, currently 53.42% Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. This would be a pistol class, I'm thinking sometime in July or August. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Race holsters are great for USPSA but not secure enough for 3gun. Apparently you have never received a mega-wedgie while attempting to draw from a DAA Racemaster holster with the lock engaged. Kydex holsters can still drop guns because they are nothing but friction, my Racemaster retains my pistol through everything and doesn't booger up the finish Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. I bet he is enjoying his Vortex Razor Gen II 1-6 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. I would like to set up a 2 day competition class with Manny or Shannon at the Universal Shooting Academy in Frostproof, FL. I am hoping to get a reasonably sized (4-8) group of folks together for it within the next few months. I believe the cost is around $450/person and round count is approximately 2,000. These guys are highly regarded as instructors and the range at USA is incredible. There are also cheap hotels and some awesome down home Florida food really close by If interested, feel free to post in this thread, PM me, or email me at: omar@southerngunsllc.com . Thanks! 9. Call Cameron's and speak with Tony, real nice guy and should be able to tell ya how to get one Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. I would really look into getting a gun built by a quality pistolsmith (Akai is my recommendation) instead of buying a new Edge. The custom gun will only run you $600 - $1000 more depending on your options and you will get a perfectly fitted masterpiece that will last you a verrrrry long time You also won't have to worry about factory ammo as Akai guns will cycle empty cases all day long. 11. ^ port malabar is 2nd Saturday Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. If your sear and hammer hooks engagement looks good then check the sear leg on the sear spring, it may be bent too much. Sounds like the extra part you are speaking of is part of the series 80 parts. Also, if you did a trigger job on the stock para parts, well, those are junk and should be replaced with any of the quality manufacturers of ignition components out there. I personally like the Extreme Engineering components. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Joe Pesci lethal weapon 2 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Gainesville is only two hours from me. I'd definitely come up to shoot your match when my gun show schedule allows Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. I run my DAA Racemaster at 2 o'clock with a muzzle forward cant. This puts the grip right where I want it for a comfortable draw. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. I shoot a 2011 in limited and 3 gun and a glock 19, my carry gun, in IDPA. No problems with transitioning between the two platforms for me. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. Vortex will take care of you for sure! Their VIP Warranty is second to none Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. I use a DAA Racemaster for USPSA and 3 Gun. Keeps me consistent and the Racemaster is more secure than any kydex holster when the lock is engaged. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. I spoke with Matt on Thursday about these and I am going to order several of them. He knows a thing or two about how to build a gun and his offering seems to be an excellent choice for new 3 gunners. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. Another big +1 for Akai. Short wait time compared to other top smiths, he uses excellent parts, has an astronomical amount of knowledge and is a super cool dude as well! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. Most definitely the JM-1. The others are for tactical applications or for use on rifles chambered in calibers other than 5.56/.223
  22. At SHOT the story was magazines. That was over 2 months ago. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. I also looked at them at SHOT and felt that they were pretty heinous. Fit and finish is pretty loose and rough. They had them right next to the STI booth which was a bit of a mistake in my opinion. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. Mine hasn't but I wouldn't say it's "very" stiff either. That's how I would describe mine too. Some have spent them back to the factory to get them loosened up. A Switchview lever definitely helps with the stiffness but one can also send it back to Vortex to have it loosened as previously stated. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  25. At bass pro shop they want $640 for a g19 gen4.Where are you seeing g17 gen4 for $479 "all day long"? Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I747 using Tapatalk It must be a gen 3 he's talking about. Gen 4 glocks cost that wholesale, haha. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
