  9. The Tripp mags that I'm using are the .40 mags and you are right it only happens when reloading from slide lock. I'm using MG 180 loaded to 1.140 oal.
  10. I have an STI .40 singlestack with Tripp mags and the bullets keep nosediving during feeding. What is the problem? Does anyone have solutions?

  14. Like I said before we do not pay $1500 for our M4's and I know that for a fact.
  15. First the M-4 that the military buys cost about half that amount. We use HK mags along other kinds of mags and they all have there good and bad points. As far as maintenance goes if you give the military a rifle that they know they have to clean less and they are going to neglect the rifle all together. And as for changing the caliber, chances are that is not going to happen because it's a money thing not only do you have to change the rifle but the mags and gear to support that rifle not to mention the M249 SAW. If anything they will eventually use 77gr bullets across the board instead of the 62gr bullet and that would be more logical.
  16. I guess you gave up open for now. If you like I have a Glock 34 and XD tacticals in 9, 40 and 45 that you can test try to help you make up your mind.
  17. You can bring them into the state if you are competing with them as long as you take them back out of the state when you are done.
  18. I use 5.2gr. Universal Clays with a Montana Gold 180gr. fmj at an oal of 1.190 for a pf of 169. It's soft and clean.
  19. Heres a picture of my reloading set up. The pictures 2 years old I have since added another 1050.
