Thanks goes out to Lee Leanord for letting me in the match on Wednesday evening. Great match, wish I could say the same about my shooting. Got to shoot on Squad 39, what a great bunch of guys.....Thanks guys I really enjoyed the company. Met a good may BE.comers, too many to list.....Some for the 1st time and some for the Nth time and as usuall always good to see you. Drove home in the rain that started Saturday about Lunch break and did not completely quit until this morning here in South TN... Congrats to Shooter Grrl......I hear she ended up High Lady Open!!!! Revo Division is slowly growing, and is getting quite competitive.....Don't think so, grab one up and see what it is all about......It aint your great grand pa's six shooter!!! Great stages, Great RO's, couldn't ask for better. I highly recomend the trip. HOPALONG

Airedale, you have been led astray !!!!! It was not Carmoney and I being a bad influence on YMW (Young Master Walsh)....... This was a planned attack on POOR OLE Hopalong!!!! Carmoney and YMW came to my room and Kept poor Hopalong and his partner in Crime for the weekend Rodney up and force fed us beers until 2400 hrs. YMW, being he was away from home.....did what all Youngsters do when they get away....lost all inabitions, thus the HOPS!!!! "FNG" Carmoney on the other hand, being devious as he is.....Being he is used to staying up to wee hours in the AM being he is a workaholic(or so he says) has no problem operating on less sleep than us mere normal "FOLKS" So there they are.....FNG Carmoney, and YMW.....FNG Carmoney keeps YMW up and allows him to partake quite liberally into the HOPS, then keeps poor ole Hopalong up late and Forcefeeds him HOPS too. Now as we all know I am not quite a young and resiliant as I have been in the recent past. and FNG Carmoney and YMWs plan worked perfect.....I could not get my game going until after I had shot 4 stages and they had built up enough of a cushion that I could not make up. FNG Carmoney's Master plan worked too as YMW admitted to having "A HEADACHE" early that morning and allowed FNG Carmoney to get ahead of him enough that he could not reel him in either. So there it is....The Rest of the story, the real truth, or what ever you want to call it!!!!! Hop Also my complements to Lefty45, He shot with me and did good. Just a little more time with the Revo, seeing more situations in stages and then he will be trouble too!!!! Good shooting Phil.

What ever you do...... DON'T get Steves book !!!!!!! Anything that helps you see the sights better, get used to certain gun manipulations, and improve trigger control CAN NOT be good for YOU !!!!!! It will only cause bad habits.......Like actually LOOKING at the sights. And watching the mag into the magwell during a reload. Feeling the trigger take up. Sycronization of Head and body. Well the Alabama Unlimited section match is the 4th week of October. I fully intend to be there with the "shootin Iron" DaJerrell said he plans on it... Who else???? HOP

I spoke with one Mr. Miculek this evening...... He said..."let me look at my calendar, if it is possible we'll do something" He is going to IDPA nationals tomorrow, will be talking to him again after them. HOP
