Midway for sure sells them but they have to order from Smith and Wesson so you are better going direct. IMHO Does anyone make a 6in. top.I kinda thought that it would be around $350,but just spent an hour looking around,and thought you guys would know.Never thought of Midway.Your such a smart bunch.Im wating for a call back from a cop who has a 4.25in 40.Kinda want a 5in.

Does anyone know if there is a maker out there that makes complete top ends for the M&P,so I can take my M&P Pro9,and turn it into a 40 by just changing the top out like my buddy does with his Glock.I am very jealous he can do this.Can anyone help? Thanks,J.B.

I put a Apex Ram in my pro9 and it has a better fill to the reset than my buddies Glock has.I put in the USB from apex,and then found out from them that the new Foward Setting Sear will have a different USB for that,so im not buying enything else.Im ganna just buy everything all at once.

I have herd the same thing about the internals not haveing a good finnish.I think some one needs to run one for 20,000 without a problem befor I would really be serious about buying one.In that price range I would get a STI Spartian First.

I was cleaning my pistol,and after laying out all my stuff.I thought how much do I really need. Well.....all of it of curse.I have cleaning stuff that does the same thing as the other,but I cant get read of it.It would wreck my routine,sooooo... if you could only keep one thing out of your cleaning stuff what would it be? So I was at the range today to practice,and there were a few people up there getting ready for 1911 centennial shoot.It was a dream.I got to shoot a plethora of 1911's. STI,Wilson Combat,Smith & Wesson,and Taurus.I have to tell you that Taurus shot just as good as any of them.The topic was brought up that Taurus makes frames,and slides for Smith & Wesson.Does anyone know this to be true?That Taurus sure raised my eyebrows!

Im really sorry I have to stop putting these in the the foum when Im tired.Its an M&P9 PRO.Looking for softer recoil,and still make PF in IDPA.Dont know about USPSA,YET!!!!.I like 900 FPS Cause it puts me where I whant to be.I had herd it was a dirty powder at that velocity.If that is the only problem I can live with that.I was hoping that I could use this ,and then maybe switch.Hope accuracy isent a problem.I have same data you posted,and that you have experiance with it.Sounds like maybe this should have been in a different fourm.Sorry so long winded.

I noticed when useing the LG backstrap that I have to reach with my thumb to hit the mag relese.Which slows me down a bit,and it sucks.Cuse I like it best.I found this out while I was dry fire practicing.Glad I dident take it to the range.

I have a pound of Silhouette powder I have to use for my 147grain FP Missouri Bullets and CCI primers.I want to load them for 900 feet per sec.I have heard this is not a good combo,but its what I have for now until I get what I want.Im tring to find out if anyone has some experience with this.Anything would be halpfull.OK!! With out looking forever on here to see if anyone has posted this befor,just dont have time.I am going to replace the fiber optic on my M&P pro.I think the one that is on there is dull.I have seen a few that have the bright red,and like them alot.I dident ask what brand it was.Who makes a relly bright fiber rod? Dawson,Tru Glow,Hi Viz,and so ,and so.Sure would like to know what you guys think.Got to get this gun ready for may,and the rest of the season.Still lots to do,to little time to do it in.

Stock. I don't believe I replaced the striker spring with the Apex kit. Im going to do to my M&P pro9 what you did,or are doing to yours.Want to get the recoil down.

Is that the stock striker spring,or the apex your cutting.

Hi im new to the forum,and Im looking for some advice.I have been shooting IDPA for 6 months now,and I am shooting my first USPSA match next weekend.I shoot an M&P PRO9.Heres my questions. What would be the best class for me to shoot in,and I have 4 mags is that enough to get me going.Thanks any advice would be great.
