I know that all the Nationals are held there, etc. but how much 3-Gun/long gun matches go on out there? I've done sniper matches out there, but haven't found much info on 3-gun or rifle only/shotgun only matches. Any info is appreciated.

For the dollars, I would say they're in ways better than Larue's. The Larue is super rugged, etc. but often feel it's over built. That's fine if you're taking a beach head, but we're not. The ADM mounts have larger bearing surface than the Larue's and re-zero perfectly on my rifles. Buy with confidence.

Vortex PST 1-4x with either MOA/MOA or mil/mil reticle. It's a $1k scope for less than $500. The glass is better than Leupold, adjustments are positive and the diopter makes for fast adjustments. With the American Defense Scout mount it's awesome and you're running for under $700. If you want more info including on where to get one at a solid price feel free to PM me.

Not to be insulting, but with groups that big at 25, I have to factor in that you might be part of the problem.

I've only hit the site like 10 times today to find it myself (here and fb3g.com) with nothing. Guess they're still working on it. Dave

Sorry, I meant carry handle, but I think you know what I meant.

I wouldn't use folding sights to ensure solid groups at distance. Just dont trust them. Cut down a detachable charging handle to make a rear sight or buy a fixed one. Just my opinion.

My point was that they do pretty well with standard guns and Tec-Loaders. Mike uses a VERY old Benelli.

Howdy. Pretty new to this whole thing. Saw a couple of episodes of Shooting USA and got me curious. Shot my whole life, including pistols but new to IPSC and 3-Gun. Looking to learn what I can. Hometown is Fayetteville, but am working out west for a couple of months stashing some cash away so I can play when I get home.
