  4. here's one case for "more dremel". you do not want them protruding into the channel...yur reverse plug will not enjoy the ride.
  5. haven't shot the challenge since 2002, so i thought i'd try...it's supercomp. delrin guide rod, aluminum beavertail, slide cut up inside and out. couldn't see needing a comp anymore.

  8. western states in reno, circa 1987...shot my bowling pin loads (285gr hp)...think the power factor was 238 or so. also rememner area 2 in piru around speedweek 1991 i think. after chronoing my open gun, had them fire my steel gun just for the hell of it. couldn't get a reading till about the 2nd magazine. power factor was right at 96!

forget the BHP, what's amazing is the revs...they were hitting 20,000 a few years ago, before all the new restrictions. what makes F1 is the technology...what kills it are the rediculous "new age" circuits. only two remain-spa and monza. monaco is a crazy circuit, but remains on the calendar because it's a classic. and i don't mind watching a parade with 2 reds cars, followed by 2 of any other team.
  10. ok, having seen the movie, we all have to have a "bucket list". i.e., things we wanna do before we assume room temperature. and it doesn't have to be shooting related, although i wouldn't mind attending a world shoot sometime. so, i'll start it off... at the top of my list is seeing the 24 Hours of Le Mans
  11. tried to order a case of fiocchi crushers and a case of rem low-recoil slugs...that rate doesn't apply.

  13. tried to mail a box last week...walked in with a filled out address card and asked for some tape. postal guy tells me they don't offer tape. only option was to buy a roll for $3.89. i walked out and went next door to ups.

  18. +1 on the "i need to declare a firearm". went to the nationals in vegas in i think 1998. there were a total of 7 of us who happened to check in at the southwest counter around the same time. we told the ticket dude we had to declare firearms, and he asked "who". next thing u know we're all on the side of the counter showing unloaded pistols, and some of us had two. wondered what was going thru the minds of the folks in line behind us, who mostly were on our plane.
  19. chris-what kind of accuracy did you get with the 60 NBT'sm out to 300?
