  1. I have the Holosun 507C and the AmeriGlo GL429 sights and are a perfect fit and aim on a G34 Gen3.

    PCC in IDPA

I don't care. The truth butt hurts.

    PCC in IDPA

That's the problem. It's changed because of the gamers and mostly the whiners. Not to mention that it's now run by people that couldn't organise a pi$$ up in a brewery.

    PCC in IDPA

I may not like PCC in IDPA, it's there and no reason to handicap the shooters, that's just plain wrong.
  5. I hope you didn't load too many before you found out.

Sorry but that should be not in IDPA. They haven't resolve anything in the rulebook except that you get to ask more questions. As I've stated before they don't have a clue how to write a rulebook. I was told, for the 2017 book, that it was written by PhD's engineers etc and I said that not one of them could write a rulebook. You buy cheap, you get cheap!

If you are referring to me, then where does it say that I hate PCC? I don't but it should be in a concealed carry sport!

PCC is a flagrant break of there own Founding Concepts (Equipment that is designed with no application for daily, concealed carry is not permitted in this sport.) and 1.2 Principles of Shooting IDPA 1.2.1 Equipment Principles 1.2.2 Allowed equipment will meet the following criteria: 1.2.2.1 Concealable: All equipment will be placed so that it is not visible while wearing a concealment garment, with your arms extended to your sides, parallel to the ground. 1.2.2.2 Practical: All equipment must be practical for all day concealed carry self-defense, and worn in a manner that is appropriate for all day continuous wear.
  9. There is no rationale, just like everything that they do!
  10. Has anyone notice the Match Admin Guide rule M5.4.1? High lady - Gender at birth. I have never seen anything like this before.
  11. Both. As I said it is a nice gun but no better than my Trojan. What is forgot to say was that the finish is far superior to the Trojan, but the gun I handle and shot had/will never see a holster. My Trojan has the finish worn because of the holster.
  12. The problem staging a trigger is that the longer you hold it the greater chance of getting tremors.
  13. They aren't a legal target and could be used in competition only local. If you look at page 19 of the rulebook, it shows a picture of the legal target.
  14. The only Nighthawk I have handled looked great but it didn't shoot any better than my STI Trojan.
  15. Which was the reason that I set my revolvers to ignite CCI's. That was when Federal had nasty accident in the late '80's in early '90's. A forklift operator dropped a skid of primers and they exploded. After that they started to use the large primer trays.
  16. I made a jif from a wood base and 2 1/8" needle bearings. This picture from Bang Inc should help.
  17. It was when I started in 2006. The worst thing that happened was the Tiger team, that's when things really started to get out of hand, and then there was the rulebook to end rulebook changes for 5 years in 2017 and less than a week later they made changes. Ken Reed stated that fault lines would not work in IDPA but a year later he said that they were the greatest since sliced bread. I have never seen fault lines in real life, only trip hazards. Now you can sweep yourself and not get DQ'd. Gross stupidity.
  18. Has been since 2017 - USPSA Lite.
  19. You need a full suit of plates! LOL!
  20. Also at the Indoor Nats.
  21. That be as it may, but I still say that it's gross stupidity.
  22. I don't about you and the area you are in, but where I come from it's called common sense. There is a total lack of training for that movement.

  24. Now that is gross stupidity. Simple training would eliminate that. Can you imagine the lawsuit that would follow if someone shoots themselves in the leg on a seated draw? The answer would be "It is allowed in the rulebook!" I teach how to do a seated draw. It's as simple as slide slightly sideways in the chair so that the gun is towards the target, no sweeping. My club has a rule that supersedes that rule. A DQ for sweeping yourself or anyone else. Other clubs should follow suit.
  25. I watched a couple of video clips of him shooting and there was definitely no trigger staging being performed, just a straight pull through.
