definitly buy several pairs of extra rails, they can break at the angle during use or disassembly/reassembly.

clean extractor tunnel, check aftec spring tension,check firing pin stop for proper play and breakage, check aftec hook for proper contour and wear,check breechface for pitting,and polish breechface, mine look like a mirror. is brass case rim worn and flattened from wear, disallowing aftec hook to get a proper grasp of rim for ejection? is ejector tip broken? or is ejector loose?

Check your mag release,see how much vert. and horiz. play is in the mag when locked in. inside of mag release may be wrong contour to lock up mag, or mag catch cut in mag may be mispositioned or too large. ejector tip can be trimmed to allow room for mag. contour underside not length.

YES,you absolutely should replace the cracked firing pin stop, as it may allow too much movement of the aftec. when installing the new one be sure to relieve the area that contacts the rear of the aftec.

i use a dremel to grind away the c-more a bit around the ejection port just to add additional room for any bobbles of an ejected case,im talking about the side area of the rt, leg of the mount. play with diff. extractor spring setups. polish the face of the aftec where the case rim rides up.make sure its a supercomp aftec and not a regular super aftec.raise or lower the contact point of the ejector to provide a better angle fpr an ejected case.
