Looks for Range (1/11)

  1. Thanks for the qhuck reply, I'll ck to make sure its not lead(I dont shoot lead) but it might be a build up of carbon. I did not think of that. Thanks again Rob
  2. I just found out today that my bullets are hitting my comp at times. A friend suggested reaming out the comp a little to prevent this. Does this sound ok?? Rob
  3. Try Ed cameron @ camerons customs. That guy can fit a barrel better than anyone. Rob
  4. Angus have you been drinking again??
  5. ok I'm chomping at the bit AZ chic when are the rosters coming out?? Thanks Rob
  6. Roger who works with Angus who is out of the country. Roger is going overseas for a week and he can help you when you get home. If its real important I could call him and perhaps get some from him. HIs # is 602-295-6301 he is leaving sunday am so better hurry Rob
  7. I have both of those presses and the downstroke is a bit had for my wife on either machie. For me I like the 1050 better for 38 super comp and the 650 is very nice in 40. If you plan on changing cal's I would look at the 650, its much cheaper to change cals. also like flex said use one shot a little befor you put them in the feeder and its much easier. also you might want to clean yhour sizing die once in a while. Rob
  8. Well I must say Doug is a man of his word. I got my gun back in two weeks and it was as tight as a swiss vault. I shot about 1k rds through it and all is very nice. I would recomend Doug Jones to everyone. Rob
  9. M-pro 7 is the only cleaning solvent I use on any of my guns from pistols to my 338 lapua. As for lube slide glide is the lube of choice for me now. Also mobil 1 is not a detergent motor oil, it's synthetic aka no detergent. That is why it lasts so long. Trust me I used to work for mobil I know. fwiw I don't use it for anything. Just my 2c's worth Rob
  10. as always perfection takes time. I doubt you will be dissapointed. Rob
  11. So the way I understand this rule is, nothing in your hands at all?? Not even a piece of wood, cigar, lighter or sunglasses??
  12. The way I unserstood the question was (and I took this for granted) that the gun would be holstered. At this point I am focused on the target. If the gun is on table I would of course focus on the gun then. I really dont think there is any other way to do it. Unless your zen like
  13. Gary, I'll be @ rio this weekend. If you need to I can give him a mesage for you in person. Rob
  14. Duane, Give Roger a call at 602-295-6301. I buy all my zero's from him and he is usually @ rio . I think he might also be at Avery this thurs pm Rob
  15. ghost products. Angus or roger I can get you his number if you like. Rob
