  1. I run a 14 oz. in Open, an 18 oz. in Limited, 21 oz in Single Stack and 24 oz. in Production. The more I have to aim, the more weight I need on the trigger. I'm a solid B shooter in Open and Limited with dreams of improvement
  2. Almost a year ago I started this thread and tried everything that other members listed, the gun still doesn't run and as I had others, I ignored it. Three surgeries later and after selling all my "fun" guns on these forums, I have to get this gun running before I have complete withdrawals. I have been tinkering with it and I think the problem is the striker. Anyone have any thoughts on this before I order another? I hate to throw good money at bad when times are tight. Thanks
  3. Welcome to the BEnosverse, enjoy the ride. Never worry about going to a match and making a fool of yourself. Be safe, have fun and have a short memory. Good luck.
  4. If it's all about the ranking on your "card", then yes it hurts your results. If you are out there to have fun and occasionally make a fool of yourself, who cares? I have been shooting a little over three years and have shot every division except revolver, I am a solid B in Limited and Open and have found that Production and L10 aren't my cup of tea. I am convinced that if I had run just one gun I would be higher classed, but would not have had as much fun. Besides, how many matches actually give away the Ferrari? My .02
  5. Except that it needs to be painted as my grip is stippled. But, yes I would love that logo on my grip! What kind of stippling, dimples, scales, etc. I can probably do it. Let me know. Thanks
  6. I've been doing them for a while for friends and fellow shooters. I finish them with an aggressive skate tape. This one is over a year old. PM me if you can't find someone local.
  7. Thanks I had been doing a lot of research here since I bought my dillon. Hopefully I dont blow myself up LOL Not having fun until something goes "BOOM!"...
  8. Welcome to the BEnosvere, from a fellow 'Zonie. Tons of info to be had on this sight, have a good time.
  9. Zero, zip, nada..."Our primers our well within our specs as shipped". I traded mine to a local shop for Winchester, haven't looked back.
  10. Never really got off the ground. It would be similar to the Volquartzen design for their .22's and would add a lot of weight. I thought I could elongate a C-more type mount and put front and rear sights on it, BAD idea, just made a load of scrap. Back to the drawing board. Why not a suppressor-height sight tracker front and a frame-mounted rear? Hhhmmmnnn...maybe.

  12. Alaska in the winter? Brass whores stay home! Welcome to the BEnosvere, enjoy.
  13. I have a 550 and was concerned over the +/- and put a Uniquetek micrometer powder bar on it. On my Square Deal and 650, I didn't see the need to spend the money and they have worked just fine for tens of thousands of rounds. Just my .02
  14. I have shot and run these matches for a while now, and we set up as it is shown on the layout paperwork, all targets facing parallel to the bay mouth. I have seen and shot it with it angled to the shooter and figured it to be laziness or shooters looking for unfair advantages. Great question and hopefully useful to more than that are posting on it.
  15. My bad, I didn't realize you could turn off certain ones. Got it figured out using your image. Thanks
  16. When I hit the link button, I get to see an old post of mine. Is this something new or perhaps my settings got changed? Any help would be appreciated as I NEED to browse what the rest of you are talking about. Thanks
  17. I don't have anything turned off, as we just use it for a Master. Will it auto update at practiscore.com?
  18. The iPad will tell you, but yes, it's newer than 2 weeks. Thanks, is it a plug and play update or is there a step by step required?
  19. Do I need to upgrade to v1.6 or is it the current download? Don't have the iPad in front of me to check version, but I just loaded it two weeks ago.
