I'm not a fan of the majority of these type of sites because they tend to swerve towards fringe idealism at some point. But the moderating team has discussed allowing beneficial links here in this section of the forum during what has become a very aggressive period towards gun rights. This link provides information for an organized rally. Approved.

Yep. WAY over my head here! lol...

My girl worked half day today and on the way home stopped and brought me lunch. We drove around to the South Jetty (could have walked from my job, but it was windy today) and looked at the gulf as we ate and talked. It was a beautiful day! Had to get a pic of her with the gulf back drop. Snuck a butt shot when she was getting back in my truck! hehehe (she knows I'm nutz about her, so she doesn't mind, lol)

My girl said they ruined Javier Bardem's looks. lol

Just watched it. Overall good flick. Not sure if it is my favorite of the new bond version, but very entertaining. Lots of stuff that references other bond flicks that slide by quiet. Good humor.

Another Great Game!!! Could certainly get used to this... The last play of the game. Running up the middle. Gang tackle but the runner just keeps driving. Really means nothing past the first down marker. Wide Receiver Reggie Wayne runs up and dives over the pile to push the runner forward. That's momentum. The team is having fun. It's a long season and lots of away games coming up, but when a team starts having fun you just never know...

Good on you and your wife! I've tried to do similar as often as I can. Feels good. I'm convinced that the corny idea of 'pay it forward' works and can be contagious!

Keep us updated! I'm especially interested in what the surgeon does for the 'nodule'. I wasn't aware there was anything to do. I have a couple on other fingers already.

Up Date to the Up Date; Had the enzyme procedure. Day One: Tuesday. Go to hospital for enzyme injections. The doc tells me that she will need to inject the chord in my hand directly with enough enzyme to weaken the chord. She says that it's gonna hurt and because a local would hurt just as bad as the injections we'll just go right to the injections. Swell. So I get about eight injections within about an inch of each other right into the chord. Yeah, it hurt. Get bandaged up, go home and the hand is aching. Again lucky me I have a reaction to the injections of some sort and my whole arm gets sore. Woo Hoo! Day Two: Thursday. Go to the hospital to have the chord broken. My hand is pretty tender so I tell the doc that if this chord breaking deal is gonna hurt I'd rather get plenty of pain killer first. She numbs my hand up real good and says, "ready?" I must have said yes cause she damned near pulled my finger off! Well not really, but she did pull on my finger to break the chord. When my finger straightens the skin tears pretty good, so she bandages me up and I go have a splint made to keep my finger straight while it heals. It's been about two and a half weeks now. Skin is healing up real nice and my finger is straight. Not perfect but the new skin is tight and I'll need to be stretching for a while. Overall I'm happy with the results. Didn't think it would hurt so bad nor did I think my skin tear would be so bad, but my finger was curled in for seven years so... Pics cause everyone wants some! (Hope the healing skin isn't to gross for anyone. Trust me it looks GREAT now! lol)

All one can say is, WOW Was that a leap or controlled forward flight? Either way I'm thinking it means more money...
