  1. For bulk processing and keeping handling of the brass to a minimum I have found no better than Dillon 1200 trimmer Bets
  2. I will stick with Dillons for progressive work but have nothing bad to say about my lee classic cast single stage..drops old primers down a tube and runs as smooth as every other single stage I have used except the Forster COAX...now thats a single stage Bets
  3. .470 to .471 for me depending on brass with zero 230 grain FMJ Bets
  4. Im using small for both...I think if you are gonna load multiple pistol calibers in the 9mm, 40,45 range just get a large and roll with it Bets
  5. I am also a big supporter of poweder valley..just recently ordered some wolf 223 primers and will be making an order with tula small pistol primers...i will update once i get some rounds downrange...I have had nothing but good experience with powdervallyinc Bets
  6. I held the gen 4 glock 35 today...It sure will be nice for those of us with big trucker hands to be able to use the larger grip to more replicate the grip of a 21 SF...which is around the same size as the gen 4 wtih large backstrap in my estimation BigBets
  7. I feel like when i began shooting both eyes open the rest of shooting scene became much more easily seen to me...I feel like it helped with transitions and with eye speed as well...heck i even shoot precision pistol with both eyes open now Bets
  8. Another vote for Gunbroker...I have been finding 9mm once fired and comes out to about 17 bucks a thou shipped to my door...hard to beat those prices Bets
  9. Im a fan of WSF (winchester super field) if you are trying for a relatively cheap powder that will work well in both calibers..It is a slower powder than V320 and will work especially well in 9mm...works well in 45....especially for those hotter loadings Bets
  10. Since you went with the 550 I would like to add...the strong mount and bullet tray are well worth their price...The strong mount really does stable the platform out and bullet tray makes some of the shortest and smoothest motion to station 3 Bets
  11. Another thing I've found with LC brass is a decapping issue...those crimped primers can be a real fun time..Also, those 308 could have easily come from machine gun brass...fire forming in that open chamber will leave a little more sizing to be done for sure Bets
  12. Very much on my list of things to do...wonder if govt id will get you a tour of the aero facility...Dillon? Bets
  13. Something to think about, but sometimes more of a problem can be found having both eyes the same or very close in dominance...this confuses the mind every once in awhile when shooting both eyes open....may not be the problem but worth a thought Bets
  14. I have a glock 34 I have literally dry fired probably 1000 times since I got it. A little trick probably mentioned herein is putting a small piece of cardboard or other stiff material in the ejection port so it Almost closes all the way...is some guns this keeps the trigger actice and does not fire the firing pin each time...saving some wear Bets
  15. Grip, stance, and trigger control are fundemental. Without these you will NEVER become the best shooter possible. But you also gotta beat that flinch. One thing I learned from the Burkett videos that helped was twofold: First, physically force your eyes open as you shoot, like trying to keep your eyes open while walking into your shower stream, and also getting your gun on a close target with a mag full of ammo, and while forcing your eyes open pull the trigger as fast as possible...eventually around shot 4-5 your rate of fire will outrun the flinching and you will be able to see what the gun actually looks like during recoil...then at least you know what your looking for Take all the above with a grain of salt...just a six month B class shooter Bets
  16. Pocket Pro 2 for sure....my buddy has a ced 7000 and I still prefer the pocket pro....Easy uncomplicated buttons, tough as nails, and nice loud buzzer with big display....all a shooter needs
  17. revolver and then ss around here, then limited 10, open and highest is production
  18. Maybe you should get back to work and continue enjoying your free LaRue Hats
  19. I recently purchased 5000 once fired LC brass and have been doing some reading where it appears there are many different opinions on what is the best sizing die for this brass to be fired in several of my different ar-15s and continue to work in the mixed lot of my ars without problem. Any suggestions appreciated and thanks in advance Jacob
