I just got these to install in my SP01. Curious to see how it runs.Got the CGW comp hammer and adjustable sear in my open gun,cz custom extended firing pin CGW reduced firing pin spring,CGW reduced trigger spring,8.5 hammer spring.trigger breaks at a clean crisp 1.5 lbs and is 100% reliable with federal primers

My load for my Stock2 and CZ SP 01 is 125 grain BBI Molly with 3.8 grains of Alliant American Select loaded to 1.120 nice soft load and makes minor power factor. .378 crimp you don't want to over crimp the Molly's .and is very clean powder and is recommended for Molly's .

A tanfo one?

We designed a plug for my open gun that the guide rod rides in and sits in the bottom of my comp to fully support the full profile comp. I don't think a tanfo guide rod will work I think it will bind unless you design a plug for it to ride on. I have a full length guide rod in my SP 01 and have never had a problem with it.of course I could be wrong

Thought were talking about failure to fire I understand now.but looking at your load data it looks good ,the only thing I see is maybe the flat points not liking the feed ramp,maybe try a different bullet profile and see if that solves the issue.And try a lighter recoil spring like I said I use the 6lb and I got that from the horses mouth Mr Henning Thank you ! I will try both ideas .... Can I get a spring from Wolf ? Or do I have to deal w EAA ??Order from Hennings website he has everything you need

Have you changed out the hammer spring to a lighter one and what primers are you using. The OAL should be fine.what is your load ,powder amount?I run a 6lb recoil spring in my limited and stock 2 and 13 and 14 lb hammer spring no problemsLoad is 125 grain BBI Molly 3.8 grains Alliant American Select CCI primers OAL 1.125

Yea unfortunately I can't load much longer so the 124 work we'll. gun shoots pretty flat and is faster than me lol

Do you know what your power factor is.I loaded 1.130 with 124 MTG with 8.5 grains of HS6 and chrono at 171 PF that's out of my CZ75 open gun with 2 port comp. did that this past Sat in about 88 degree temp

Happened to me yesterday at our local match on a stage.I had it dialed in went really well until I shot the last window 3 paper and 2 plates hosed it and thought wow nice run unloaded and then realized there was 1 paper out side of the window to my right behind a screen wall,all I had to do is turn and 2 shots.funny thing is we all talked about it to make sure we picked it up,go figure
