  1. Before you buy a new mag see if you can purchase just the feed lip.I had problems with my Tokyo Mauri STI mags and was able to replace the feed lips. Mine was from dropping the mags and it bent the plastic feed lips.I have been thinking about buying one of these for practice, keep me posted. Mike
  2. Thanks Mo,I use the Super Ghost for my open gun and am happy with it.A couple of guys I shoot with use the Stinger for their SP01's and like it. I think I will order one,who did you get yours from.
  3. After reading your post I went and checked my Stock II with my loads of 124 MTG CMJ loaded out to 1.130.No issues at all, this is my major load length I have been running my CZ open gun with. And by the way 1.130 with 6.8 grns of auto comp gives me about a 168 power factor with a 124 MTG CMJ,CZ runs flat with a cut down 6# recoil spring.
  4. I will check it out, also looking at the Ghost Stinger holster. Thank you Sir
  5. Hey guys got my new Large Frame Stock II,I need a new Holster. So which Blade tech holster works for the Stock II,I want the Drop offset like my SP01 holster. Thanks
  6. Ok any other issues,I do like the way it sits it gives more room for your hand to grip the pistol better
  7. On a side note I just received 6 new 10 rnd mags large frame( they will ask you for the serial # so they can verify its a large frame) from EAA took less than a week 3 for $75 and they are the new Mec gar anti friction finsh with black followers. I loaded up 10 of my dummy rnds(made these for reload practice, marked with a big D in red for dummy no primer no powder)hand cycled with out any issues in my Stock II All ready to run production,oh wait still need holster after seeing that you had problems with the stinger I may just stay with the Blade tech DOH.

    crimp

.378 is what I have been using without issue
  9. Very true. The gun runs good with major hopefully it will hold up.Gotta get ready for Area 2.
  10. yes I have been shooting major for a while, gun runs well with major loads
  11. Cant believe im only noticing this now but I meant the xtreme double action hammer (not trigger). My thought is that with a slightly customized egw hard sear you should be able to pull off a really sweat trigger! Ok I understand, thanks
  12. Jimmy vindanes at 1911 speed Shop in Riverside (he is on facebook too) The cost for the Top end(supplied by you, comp is milled from solid bar stock and is a cone type) is between $1000 and $1200 depends on what you want,Magwell is from CZ custom with some of Jimmy's cuts on it,Competition hammer, grips are also from CZ custom
  13. Eli, I can't find anything on the Extreme double action trigger do you have a link. The only thing that is shown on Grauffels site is the single action trigger. Mike
  14. Open Gun for sure, this is mine.I recently changed out the sight to a C-more RTS much better and Jimmy added a slide racker,we also re-drilled the trigger to add re-set and pre travel adjustments.
  15. Got mine today and the Stock II I just got came with 8(I think that will be enough for now).
  16. He had some new ones for sale large frame for 9mm.Not sure if he has any left http://www.brianenos.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=172573
  17. If you are talking about this one, I got one a few months back when they were available http://czcustom.com/shadow9mmtopend.aspx put it on my CZ75 SA frame that I use for my open top end. Did not need fitting, just as accurate as all CZ's and runs great,I have been using it for 9mm limited minor since I am still waiting for jacketed bullets to load major. I have been running 125 grn TC bear Creek molly bullets thru it,only problem is Bear Creek bullets and Tite group (bullets tumble),but hey they are all loaded so I am not about to pull all bullets they hit what I aim at. Black Bullets International Molly's do not tumble,so I will be loading those with WST and Alliant American Select Finish is like a dull bluing not polycoat.
  18. Update.I shot a match today using the Grams followers and springs from my SP01 mags and the mags functioned flawlessly. Was able to load 10 rounds easily and still had some give in the spring, when reloading mags they went in smoothly and did not have to slam them in. looks like I will be making a call to Beven and order some more follower and spring sets.
  19. Saw that someone else posted this same issue
  20. Yea I might do that if the Grams follower and springs dont work out.I also thought about cutting off a half coil but did not want to mess up a perfectly good spring. Thanks Hiro
  21. I have a new M&P FS in 9mm,shot it the first time in a match Sat in production class, wow not used to all those mag reloads.I shoot CZ's in open and limited and love my CZ's,the M&P is the only plastic gun I will own and shoot. Ok here is the problem I encountered,it is almost impossible to get that 10th rnd in the mag. I use my Upulua but it will dent the case pushing it down to get the last round in,so I shot the match using 9 rnds +1 which did work out but would be nice to start with 11 instead of 10. When I got home I was looking over the mags and decided to do an experiment, all my CZ mags have Grams followers and springs I removed the M&P spring and follower and replaced it with my Grams and loaded up the mag with 10 rnds easily (don't worry I have dummy rnds I made with no primers or powder and marked in red with the letter D for dummy,I use these for mag reload practice) I hand cycled them with no issues I did this 3-4 times on alll 5 mags and every rnd cycled and slide locked back on empty mag except 1.I will try this out next Sat to see how they function, hopefully they will run perfect. Maybe this has already been covered and if it has I appologize for covering it again, just want to know if anyone has had simmilar experiences with factory 10 rnd mags.
  22. I have been using my PMC primers(I understand they are basically from the same factory as Wolf) I got back in 2009 when primers were in short supply, both in my TS in 40 and now with my SP01 with 100% ignition.I put back the 15# mainspring and have an extended firing pin,had too many FTF's with the 13# spring even using Federal and Win small pistol primers.I have used about 5000 so far.
  23. Another Awesome CZ that we here in kali will never be able to own By the way Stuart 200 grn LSWC are good to go in the CZ 97 B
