  1. Thanks, I'm not the serious about it. As long as my gauge is close, I'm good.

  3. No I didn't have an AD My new gauge only goes up to 8 pounds, and the double action factory trigger pull on a couple of my S&W revo's is WAY over that. On the plus side, the trigger pull on my 627 is 6 pounds, and 8 pounds on my 617. My Para comes in at 2.5, and my Kidd 10/22 at 2. What numbers are you guys seeing?
  4. Do you have any contact info Dave Parker? I googled his name, but couldn't find him. Thanks

  6. Yes, my S&W 627 always chrono's much slower than anybody's else's 627 that I test.
  7. Agreed, I'll stop shooting until things get back to normal, what ever the new normal is.
  8. I was stripper fishing in a gentleman's club, but my wife saw the credit card bills and made me stop going.
  9. It was for me. I went from a 550 in 9mm and .38 Special to a 750. All I did was swap the dies and powder funnel. (Yes the shell plates are different)
  10. Yeah, it was 80 today in So Cal, and a little too warm to go to the range
  11. I had better luck with AA#2 and a Bayou bullet 160gr RN. Coated bullets were faster in my 627 than plated bullets.
  12. Yep, that's why I load .38 Short Colt. You can use 9mm load data and go up or down from there.
  13. I'm right at 6.25 pounds with 100 percent reliable ignition.
  14. I finally gave up on trying to get .38 Special to make minimum, and just went with Short Colt. A .38 Short Colt is basically a rimmed 9mm and makes minor easily.

  16. That's enough for me, but what are the rest of you guys going to do?
  17. I've got two S&W 617s. One got a nice trigger, the other has a factory 26 pound double action trigger pull. Even super glue couldn't keep a shell on the end of the barrel

  19. Umm, I already upgraded to wife 3.0 I'm a love, not a fighter.
  20. Yes... ...suck a few dollars out of your wallet
  21. Here you go https://dilloncdn.com/docs/caliberconversioncharts/xl650-caliber-conversion-chart.pdf
  22. Umm, ahh, somebody want to tell him? See its a joke. I used to spend hours in the garage loading ammo so my wife couldn't bitch at me. But a 750 with a case feeder and bullet feeder is so fast, I'm back in the house in no time
