  1. From what I understand, he's a C class shooter. My point Exactly Thanks!
  2. And, for now.. that's being generous.. last nationals 63.73%, last years SMM3G #160 (around 50%?) I thought she'd go higher, just because she has competition experience with multiple guns. But these challenges are more like bullseye. The last season finale, is the closest to 3 Gun we've seen I wonder what percentage of JJ and Blake the winner of season 1 would have shot at Nationals
  3. If you really want that pistol running by this weekend, my advice at this point is STOP, find yourself someone/gunsmith who is more familiar with this type of pistol and take the gun to them. There is no reason a simple change of mainspring housing should turn into filing of the thumb safety
  4. Okay I gotta ask, where is the old spring? how does the new one compare to the old one?
  5. From the SV website - Grip Tape for the Infinity Traditional Size Grip - Sized for medium to large hands (IT) The Large grip features a diameter of 1.30in. The feel and size are similar to the polymer grip. The grip tape is available in a wide variety of colors and patterns.
  6. I have been on back order since Dec. Midway lists the to arrive 5/14/11, Midsouth is listed as overdue. Graf has no date listed I called Hornady a today and they said that March is a likely date I wonder if they are having production issues (even the dies are backordered everywhere) or if they are just selling so fast that they can't keep up with demand...
  7. I've sent my pistol out to be converted from .38 SC to 9x19 and the primary reason I did it was brass! With 38 SC not picking up brass is not an option! If it wasn't a lost brass match, in my mind I must pick up my brass because of cost and availability. This was a big distraction and took away some of the enjoyment in my shooting, I would even not go out to practice sometimes because I didn't feel like bending over to pick up brass.
  8. Now if I could just find one in stock somewhere...
  9. Some folks have tried it http://www.brianenos.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=118243&st=0&p=1344398&hl=hornady%20bullet%20feeder&fromsearch=1entry1344398
  10. Victor, have a look here http://uspsa1.org/?page_id=2
  11. For 2010 it would have to be the Rio Salado Desert Classic - Area 2 Championship
  12. Tell me about it! Hi My name is Peter and I am addicted to 2011s... oh and to glocks... oh hell to anything that burns smokeless powder...
  13. It's a safety rule right? You broke it right? "STOP...Unload and Show Clear!"
  14. Just curious if anyone had people in the workplace treat them differently after finding out they "run around with guns" on the weekends
  15. Not true I see alot of pictures of just guns on Facebook in public profiles. There is even a page on there called USPSAGuns.com and that's all they have (pictures of guns), you don't even have to sign in to Facebook to see it and these pics have been up for more than a year. http://www.facebook.com/#!/pages/North-Branch-MN/USPSA-Gunscom/207607416729
  16. Did you pay extra/up front to get it quicker?
  17. For me the biggest thing has been screws, at some point or another I have had almost every screw in the gun loosen up, yes I do have locktite on them. So much so that I check my screws after every match now. In my spare parts kit for a match: 1. couple of NEW CMore batteries - these die at the worst times 2. Extractor 3. Screws for scope mount and grip 4. Firing pin 5. Dot Module Bob Lndrigan actually wrote an article that seems relevant here http://www.brazoscustom.com/magart/0311.htm
