Lots of good information. You may just need to squeeze the magazine tube in a vise in the correct spot to make them drop free. You may want to try someone else's magazines as well that have been sized/tuned.

  11. Get TTI springs, followers and base pads for your STI mags and get one MBX. With STI tubes and TTI guts and pad you'll get 19 and maybe 20 reloadable. It depends on the tubes. MBX will give you one with 21 reloadable. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  15. That is correct. Sometimes with even 2 left in the magazine. The ammunition/bullet can walk to that side and engage the slide stop. This is why lots of shooters trim the follower that engages the slide stop. To go even further one would grind down the slide stop nub that gets engaged by the follower with pressure from magazine spring. This ensures no accidental slide lock. 16. Load them up with about 18 for about 3 days. That should train the spring and follower. It happened to me and that's what TT said to do and it remedied the problem. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  19. If reloading range brass it's a good way to make sure the round will go into battery. Its insurance. It's also best to chamber check the rounds with the actual pistol barrel chamber used. Most malfunctions I see are due to poor quality control on reloaded ammo. I use a U die for 9mm, 40 S&W and 45 ACP. It also aids in preventing bullet set back in .40. If my reloaded ammo can fall into the barrel chamber and fall out then it's good. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
