shot this one today got off to a slow start. After I figgured out how to shoot one shot per target I picked up the pace. open 10.12 (I think) 58 points came out to around a 5.7 hf. should be a 78%

the Bay Bridge Charity Classic is the 23rd-24th in Ricmond,CA Thats about 1.5 hours from Folsom. charity match There may be a club match at the slough house range in Ione, Ca which closer to folsom. NCPS is the club is schedualed to have one on the 24th. last match they only had 14 shooters.

i hate that my car got borken into the other day for the 4 time since i bought it. they smashed the window ripped apart my dash. Tore the rearview mirror from the windsheild. they made off with my face plate and my rearview mirror. never got the deck. im more angry that the mirror is gone rather than the face plate.

Ive posted up a few 80.somthins and a mid 70 or two. just nothing consistant. Is there an actuall apeal process or do i just send a gripe to whoever will liseten. Id really like to earn it the real way. Need to think about it.

back when i had the 011 Id crank the tension knob all the way down when I was not shooting. When I was on the line Id loosen it all the way up. Never had a problem. I switched to a limcat because i wanted to be cool like everyone else.

SO, I get a letter in the mail today from USPSA congratualating me for my recient "outstanding Perfromance" at the Golden Bullet Back in July and informing me that I have been moved to A class in open. I finished second B open at 76% of JoJo. The other two GMs finished at 90% and 87% My current percentage is 68% and is steadly declining. I guess the only critera for getting bumped is just to finish above your class in a match with 3 or more GMs. My local B class rivals are sure to love this news. Can I apeal this decision? I just had a lousy 68% finish at area1 which had better representation of tallent. This finish is also going to kick out a higer score and lower my percentage even further. I guess I better get on the ball and practice so i can shoot like the A i am. or..... shoot B limited

You might want to ask the owner if you can paint the garage door pink so you can tell which one is yours. All the houses look identical in the newer developments.

THey said in the shooters meeting that the sink didnt hold water to begin with. If ther ewas water in there on friday moring that would have been interesting because it was definantly dry when we shot it. sunday. The start position we were told was "index fingers touching drain".

I agree with that. Here are a few examples of cluelessness. On a gun unloaded on stable start the R.O comand was " face down range and go do your thing" Another fav was "if you are finished unload and show clear" <R.O looks in chamber> "put 'er away"

Just got back... I didn't stick around for the results so I cant give any of that information. But what I will say is that I commend Dave Buel and Ken Chaimbers for running a smooth match. no delays whatsoever. stages ran smooth and no malfuncitions. We were continually one hour ahead of schedual with very little lag time between stages. I shot ok, probably not agressive as i could have been. I had two mikes for the match. I left a us popper standing with an edge hit and miked a tight target behind a port. On the days with the early starts it took a while to thaw out and get the blood flowing. At 730 am it was 42* My only complaints were the lack of wide open targets. 95% of the shots were through some form of port wich gave very few opprotunitys to shoot on the move. There were a few too many gun unloaded/on table/mags over here starts. And lastly one rediculously small cooper tunnel. 2.5' wide 3' high and about 5' long. I had to crawl through on hand and knees. Oh yeah and no vendors to really speak of. overall was a good match.

Duck sh*t sucks kath...scare em off before they tell their freinds and make a mess of your choice waterfront property. THey will make the pond stink and carry mites.

Crag's list is cool if your a buyer. There is losts of cool stuff to be had for good prices. I bought a truck form seller on craig's list. But oh man! I tried to sell some tires, my mailbox was filled with reply's from the scum of the earth. I had stated in my add that the price was $75 firm. Every reply I had wanted them for less along with a explanation. "my g/f is havig a baby soon i need tires for the van and i only have $xx to spend" "I need tires for my truck so i can go to work i can only pay you $xx. " I'll buy them for $xx, but can you hold them untill my welfair check comes" One guy I talked to on the phone was telling me his sob story and tried to offer me $15 less than what I was asking. I told him to save his lunch money and don't buy that 12 pack tonight. I think there should be a rule that you can barter on items less than $100 bucks and in increments less than $20.
