  1. He's not aiming, he's point shooting. You guys should know that, come on give the "poor" actors a break. Looks like he needs a class w/ Taran Butler.
  2. That's awesome, wish I would have thought about that when I was a teenager in my old 72' chevy truck.
  3. Yep! Once you tried it, you just can't quit!!!!!!!
  4. I've been told the machine sniffs for HE residue (i.e. plastic explosive, etc, etc) and not low volume stuff like gun powder. Yeah, it will pick up plastic explosive residue! I was traveling for work several years ago and went through the screening at an airport in Florida. I was carrying my old Army duffle bag because it would lock and is very durable. WELL, what I failed to think about was that I used to be a Combat Engineer in the Army whose main purpose in life is to BLOW shit up! Well, needless to say, I had used that duffle bag before in the field to carry C-4 in on training missions, which in turn left a little residue behind! Well, after an hour or so convincing the authorities that I was not going to blow up a perfectly good airplane, and explained the whole story to them, they let me repack my bag and continue on my trip home. Needless to say I do NOT take that bag in airports anymore!!!!! Sorry to drift, just wanted to impart my infinite wisdom on all of you!
  5. You don't have to wait....Just jump in the car for a weekend getaway. I'm sure you can find a match within a few hours drive. I have to drive minimum 1 hour to get to the nearest match.
  6. Welcome Back! Once it's in your blood, there's no getting rid of it!
  7. That sucks, baddddd!!! Fun to look back on though!!!!
  8. Like someone else has mentioned "Mental Walk-through." The thing that helps me most is after I have decided what and how to shoot everything, I get away from everyone, close my eyes and run the coarse through my head. Once I have done this a few times, it's burned in and has helped my shooting dramatically. It took me a while to figure out why I was hesitating while shooting a COF, but one day I noticed a GM junior friend of mine doing this and it sparked something in my head about what he was doing. Ever since then it has helped me.
  9. I certainly agree that John deserves a round of applause or beer!!!! John, I certainly enjoyed this year's match. It definitely lived up to my expectations. I just wish I lived a little closer and was able to help out more. Many thanks go out to "winnder licker" and all the other staff that helped work the biggest MS Classic to date. Also many more thanks go out to the vendor's, I know my whole family got to sit in the seat and get our ears full of silicone. Those are some great earplugs. Food was once again, Great! And thanks to the rain that must be what brought me my "stroke of luck" after getting a division change and still walking away with a prize. JC
  10. I can see it now.... Start postition: Sitting in car, no shoes, club in hand, .......... Sounds like a great time, hope the weather is better than this years!!!! Hope to be able to make it. Jimmy C. Vicksburg, MS
