  1. I'm shooting it in a G24. Your stuff has really been extremely accurate out if it. Glad you chimed in. I figure you may know a thing or two. Anyone needing some good ammo should definitely give Precision Delta a try. 25% off remanufactured is a good great deal too. Thanks for the info!
  2. I'm shooting some of your remaufactred 180 gr ammo and really like it but need to find a recipe when I run out. I'm gonna set up my 650 for .40.
  3. Ended up with a SJC wieght, dawson heavy magwell, and a Jager long steel guiderod. The gun is turning out to be my favorite one.
  4. Gonna end up doing this. Just not sure I want to do it or send it off.
  5. I mix.powders all the time. Little here. Lot there. Real safe. I'd really like to try some SV for 9 minor.
  6. And I bet you can mix SV and V. As long as younger 10 the hazmat is waved. That'll be what I end up doing.
  7. I really wanted to know if anyone is/has used SV for 9 minor. I'm very familiar with V for 9 minor.
  8. Do you like one over the other? Looking for a powder for both 9mm Minor and .40 Major. Seen some folks prefer SV for .40. It's supposed to be the same burn rate as Clays and that used to be the go to load for 9 minor years ago. Thoughts?
  9. They have more data for 125 gr bullets.
  10. If you can get a better deal on the S1 I'd say go that way. If i didnt have either and had to buy and pay full price I'd go with the S2 probably. It's cheaper. Really only needs a hammer spring change. Comes with more stuff. You can't go wrong with either.
  11. Nope. The A-zones have stayed put. So that tells me it's the adhesive.
  12. Thought I'd add some info. Tried decals from A-Zone. I dont use the the part that goes on the backstrap. Just the wrap around that covers both sides. These have held up! No movement at all. Funny story, I have two buddies with talon grips and I fired both thier guns this last weekend. Neither held up after gripping the guns once. I told them "looks like neither of you grip hard enough"
  13. I shoot them and like them. I think they're a little harder than Winchester. So, I shoot them in practice only. If you're gun is sprung right and you seat them deep enough, they'll go bang.
  14. He was not available after all. Bumed. I'd like to take one of his classes. Ive heard nothing but good things.
  15. Shot one. My buddy has one. They're nice. I'd say the Q5 and the 320X5 have the best stock trigger I've felt. Though, both seem to snap a little higher than say a glock. Mag well openings aren't very generous on either. None of that seems to affect Hwansik K!
  16. I agree! Hey, I just want to try the three most popular guns each one time.............every two months!
  17. I could have spent litterally about 100 hours training on skills instead of tweaking CZ's and Tanfos only to switch back to Glock! I have to tell myself at least once a week "it's not the gun"! I still think about switching. Even have a CZ in the safe taunting me! That and I got a G24 set up for limited. I've got a problem! But I'm getting there.
  18. Glad I came across this. Very helpful.
  19. Wrong! It's like the safety is not there. It does have to work for equipment inspection but you do not use it at all. Same for IDPA SSP. Safety off, hammer down.
  20. With the requirements you've listed the Walther Q5 Match is what I suggest. They're ready to shoot from the factory. Everything else is gonna take some type of tweak to get ready. Walther has several compact models. The cz shadow is awesome too. Just choose not to engage the safety. Legal for SSP and Production. Walther is gonna be cheapest.
  21. Thanks for the info. I'm looking into a load for my G24 for limited.
  22. My take is proper crimp and load workup will result in accuracy.
  23. I get SD of around 8-9 Every time I chrono my plated bullet load. I think it's the powder. I've only gotten that consistent low SD with Prima V.
  24. I don't get why everyone says plated or less accurate? I think its more of a stigma than actual fact.
  25. Figured out why my back up gun was shooting low and left. The rear sight was loose. Now I know the zero for that classifier wasn't my grip!
