  1. Hornady Steel Match in 55gr or 75gr if you can find some.
  2. Thanks! I got super lucky - my wait time was 14 months.
  3. Thanks for all the complements! It's a heavy beast - 51+ oz with an empty mag. I like a heavy gun - there is no recoil at all. This is for 3gun and the occasional USPSA match for practice.
  4. Been using the18" JP lightweight for about a year now. Very happy with it.
  5. Thanks! Here is a better pic:
  6. It rained every day this week, including the match day. Dispite this, we were still able to shoot 10 stages in one day, thanks to the dedicated staff out at Central Arkansas Shooters Association. One member moved no telling how many tons of gravel using a tractor to the stages to bulid up the shooting areas for safety. The RO's were all soaking wet and covered in mud, but dispite this, they were all frinedly did a fantastic job. I don't shoot many pistol only matches, but this is one I always enjoy. Thanks again for putting on a great match!
  7. Bladetech WRS. I watched 2 shooters fall at a match last year and loose pistols. I picked up a WRS that week.
  8. Thanks guys! I'm really enjoying it. Well worth the $ and the wait.
  9. Fantastic match! Challenging stages and a great mix of natural terrain and bay stages. Match staff were all professional and did a great job getting us through all 7 stages in one day. The facility is a great place for 3 gun - really looking forward to more matches here!
  10. Yes! 30 round shotgun stage. Just practiced port loads for 30 min #portloaderstrong

  12. We were the first squad to shoot on stage one Friday Morning. Sheldon arrived at the stage during our walk through. We were delayed from starting due to a clarificanton on what was to be engaged with the prop gun and the plate rack was moved, to be at less of an angle and more parallel to the start position. We specifically asked if the rifle could be grounded on top of the first bunker on safe and were told yes. Austin was the first shooter. When he abandoned the rifle, it rotated about 140 deg to the left. After USC, it was determined that the rifle must be grounded in the barrel. No one mentioned reshoot and the issue was not pressed as we were 30-40 behind schedule. Ryan Reed
  13. He was the first shooter and we were the very 1st squad on Stage 1 Thursday AM and they immediately disallowed using the box for grounding rifle after he shot. He even got a JR discount to shoot the Thompson!
  14. Great match & awesome prize table. Here is a link to the scores: http://www.texasmultigun.com/scoring/leaderboard
  15. The website has the plan, 200 Rifle, 150 Pistol, 70 Birdshot, 5 Slugs, 15 Buckshot. Thanks!!
  16. I think that has been up for awhile - I was hoping for an update since we are 3 weeks out.
  17. Just picked it up this week. 300 rounds through it so far and it shoots so flat and accurate. Weighs right at 46 oz without a mag.
  18. Carts are not necessary. You pretty much drive to every stage, except for the pistol bays.
  19. I wish they consider a 2 day format for pro. We finished at 3 on Saturday and had to come in at 8 on Sunday to shoot one stage.
