Put the older Noveske Gen 2 lowers on the list for needing the over insertion tab on the mag removed. Newer lowers are fine.

I'm kinda partial to them... Rifle on the far right is 308 - only reason it doesn't have one too. I really like the feel. The first one I got was the original design. It had problems fitting some lower recievers - it made contact with the ears for the front push pin. The new model has a recess cut there so it is no longer an issue.

Amen brother. This is like watching a monkey hump a football. -
Not at all.

They work just fine in mine 30s and 40s Same here - no problems with the 20, 30 or 40.

I've run one for most of this past year. It mates up great with a VLTOR upper. It looks great. It has a right sided bolt release but to be honest I've never used it. It has bit me twice. First time was in the first match I used it. There is a set screw in the receiver near the pistol grip screw that can be used to adjust over travel. I left it alone since I fitted a JP trigger. It ended up walking forward and locking up the trigger. I've pulled it out since then. Second time involves he magwell - it's flared but at an odd shape and I have botched two empty gun starts recently. I'm contemplating going back to a Noveske Gen 2 lower for 3 gun.

Here is a 21" Benelli that will hold 12 shells in the tube. 26" will not be a problem if you are worried about length past the barrel. I shot a clay benefit match with it a few weeks ago. Hit 89/100 (41/50 on doubles) so I don't think it will be a problem either.

http://ballisticadvantagellc.com/barrelsandmore.php I've got barrels from this guy before. They start as 22" blanks so you can get whatever you want done as far as profile, gas length, etc. I even sent a comp and he indexed it so there is no need for a crush/peel washer. All 3 I received shot sub MOA at 100.

I also wish there would have been more shotgun. I shot less than 2 boxes total of birdshot. Maybe just one or two more stages with birdshot. I did like the slug targets. Good size and at a challenging yet attainable distance.- 278 replies

Great ideas! Do the AM table early Sunday morning and the Pro around 12. I'd personally like to see 10 stages total and everyone shoot the same stages with PRO/AM be a division in scoring. Logistically, running that many shooters through the same 10 stages may be tough though. It would cut down on setup as you would only have 10 stages to setup vs 15.
