jasmap
I am looking to find a place or two I can get rifle (.223-.224) for my AR for training. Of course MG is on my list but are there any other companies besides Midway where I can get 55gr-69gr bullets for cheap? I am trying to keep costs down right now. Bill M
Widener's has bulk in both 55 and 69 grain, that seem reasonable.

I use Scharch sometimes, but they are OOS right now, as is Midway. I also have good luck with Cabela's. They have $20 off $100 right now (coupon on banner on website). The Rem 55 FMJ is on sale for $41.99/500 right now, and in stock! If you order from them a few times, they will start to send you better coupons in the mail. Dan Sierpina
Wideners has Hornady 55 FMJ's for $449.00 per 6M delivered. That's slightly cheaper than the "milspec" bullets for $380.00 per 5M. The Hornady's shoot extremely well, rivalling Sierra Match Kings.

Madmark
Midsouth Shooters supply has the 55 gr. Varmint Nightmare's in stock for $40.05 for 500, or $154.70 for 2000. They are almost identical to the Hornady 55gr. SPFB, and lots of us guys shoot them for handgun silhouette. http://www.midsouthshooterssupply.com/varmintnightmare2.asp
jasmap
Thanks guys. This helped out a lot. I thought I had looked at all these sites thoroughly and a couple of you showed me some items I missed. Thanks!
laportecharlie
We have been using the MidSouth Varmint Nightmare and the Varmint Nightmare Xtreme for Prairie Dog hunting for the last year. Have had very good results with TAC powder. They can be hard to get at times. Charlie

Craig Yeah...I feel dumb.....P. Pres PM'd me and told me Brian (brassmansales) has them in stock. Brian is a buddy of mine and I never thought to ask him because I thought he was out of stock. That'll teach me.
