Jman
To bad Timo Glock "gave" the championship to Louis Hamilton. Amazing finish to a great season. Jim

Gameplayer
They couldn't have scripted that any better. Nothing like a little drama on the second to last corner of the last lap in the last race of the season. Congrats to Mr. Hamilton.
Dave Gundry
That was insane. The look on father Massa was really disheartening That would REALLY suck. I was hoping Massa would dive for the pits first, forcing Lewis to stay out and see what happens... that would have been very entertaining. But, I did still jump off the couch screaming when Glock decided to start coasting... WTF. Hamilton is a great driver. I can't wait until Vettel gets in a really good car next year - that kid is amazing. Next year is going to be awesome if Bernie and Max don't totally F it all up
3GunF1Guy
That was the most exciting sporting event EVER!! FM is world champion when he crosses the line but then LH passes Glock and he is world champion. WOW. I was going crazy watching it. We'll see what next year brings, but I'm affraid Max has screwed it up Scott
alellis
Was there ever any explanation how Glock lost 15 seconds in one lap. al
JFlowers
The "assumption" is that Timo could no longer control his car with slicks on the wet track and had to back out.... amazingly just enough to let Vettel and Hamilton pass him, but not enough to lose more than those two spots. Did it just work out that way or was it worked out that way? Fans will be fighting about it into next season!
hitman
Last corrner of all things. Looked to me like he went wide and came off the throdle.
Bear23
the track was getting wetter and wetter the last 2 laps. the amount of water on the last set of corners was too much for Glocks slicks. congrats to LH
bulm540
Dtio\to, amazing race. The last lap was nerve racking. That's what I love about formula 1, the rain makes it exciting. Go Lewis H. Edited November 4, 2008 by bulm540
Scooter
Glock didn't pit for tires and lost 15 seconds on the last lap. He admitted he did everything he could just to keep the car on the track. I'm surprise the stewards didn't come up with something stupid to give Ferrari the win.
Johann the Horrible
Best end to a Grand Prix I ever saw, I believe young Vettel is the star of the future. Watch him for some serious fireworks.
FLL1911
So… Massa lost the championship due to Glock equipment failure?
Dave Gundry
Slicks don't really work well in the rain - he was further back, but when all the leaders pulled in for inters with only a few laps to go, he and Trulli stayed out and that put him up in front of Vettel and Hamiliton. When he couldn't hold the road anymore because it was too wet for his slicks, Hamilton passed him, putting Hamilton up the one point he needed to win the championship.
