I never shot there ?

Recommended Posts

A club in my area entered a classifier score for me. Yet I've never been there before. :surprise:

Probably a typo on data entry?

Some ranges have multiple clubs that don't look all that different. Give us a hint on where you shot (and where you "didn't" shoot) and perhaps we can tell!

I've had scores entered for clubs in states I have never even been to and in a division I have never shot in. In my case a call to the USPSA office got it quickly taken care of. A club was still sending in paper forms and the data entry person transposed two digits in my USPSA number.

Call the Sedro office and they'll help you sort it out.

There's a way for match directors and scorers to avoid this before uploading activity reporting, and that is to use ezwinscore's export squadding feature and use the resulting file to check registrations on the website.

1. Go into ezws, select your match, and create the upload_squadding.txt file wherever you want on your computer

2. Goto uspsa.org/squadding, and scroll down to the bottom of the page where you'll find a link for check match registration member numbers

3. Browse to/fill in the location and filename of the upload_squadding.txt file you created in step 1 and hit the check registration information cmdbutton

4. You'll see (after a short wait) a list of everything that is wrong with your registrations.

What you'll typically find in errors like these is you think A12345 is Joe Shooter, but USPSA thinks he's George Dropgun, instead.

Tried this, it works - found some errors in names and terms (A, TY, FY), but fortunately no name/number mismatches from the past weekend's match.
