Yes, this was 25 yards double action, free hand. I'm sure somebody without shaky hands could do better.

Correct.

 

Need at least twenty to get significance. 

 

Also learned that a low SD doesn't always mean an accurate load.

I always run through two full cylinders (at least) because some chambers are "slower" than the rest. It gives me a more accurate average.
