Gold Team Extended Single Side Safety fit Small Frame?

Will the Witness Gold Team Extended Single Side Safety #102110 fit a Small Frame Witness?

The gun is a 1992 Witness 9MM Small Frame with pictured opening.

 

If not, is there another option with a full-length paddle?

I already have the (standard) extended safety with tapered paddle.

I doubt it because the widths are different, I also think the sears are different. Same issue with LF CZ's (TS, S2) and SF CZ's (75 series)

I just put a new sear cage into a friends small frame open gun and it came from a large frame pistol. I would think that the safety would fit both frames. I don’t have a small frame pistol right now.

I can interchange slide stops between small and large

Trigger bar, firing pin and grips are pretty much the only parts that differ between both frame sizes

Firing Pin (it is possible to shorten a LF to fit a SF but that was with a non firing pin block pin not sure if it works with the FPB)

I have swapped parts between a Springfield P9 and a EAA Gold Team so figure 90s vintage to 2010 or so.
